My iPhone screen was broken, so I went here to repair it $130 for the chinese screen and he tried to charge me another 20$ saying lcd screen inside is broken there's no such thing. So i ask him if you remove the screen where's the lcd screen, His explanation was so stupid.

Fantastic service for repairs, excellent range of accessories, great pricing too. Not the tidiest, hehe, probs because its packing so much in. I first came here looking for a rechargeable wireless mouse, they had one! Not even JB HiFi did. It was also less expensive than others on offer elsewhere. A year later it's still going strong. Recently needed to repair the back and camera of my Pixel. They did it in an hour! So thankful this is local!

On the 6th of Feb I came here to repair my broken phone screen, i thought it was all fine until a day later i got an alert that my battery life has significantly decreased since the 6th. They took the original apple phone battery from my phone and replaced it with one of theirs that doesn’t work! I came in on the 9th of Feb simply asking for my old battery back and the male there was incredibly rude, laughed in my face and told me to shut up multiple times whilst continuously gaslighting me. I have it all on camera and I know someone else that was scammed here a while ago.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE, any other repair shop would be better than this one.

Sold me a PS5 and was about market value but was ok as they are hard to come by.

As soon as I payed and the money had gone through, I get a message that they will not send my purchase until I pay them another $300.

So I asked for a refund as I would not pay this.

They continued to say they would not refund and it was my fault for not paying the money they asked.

Now they will not respond to any messages and have shut me off altogether.

Complete scammers and so frustrating as that is all the money available my sister had to buy her son a Christmas present.

Very experience with phone and solve the problem correctly. Only take 20" and 45$ to fix my iPhone 11 charging port. Thanks

Returned my missed call quickly. Gave accurate quote over phone - confirmed this when inspected broken ipad - needed a new LCD. Replaced it while I waited.

The response from the service provider really says it all - instead of accepting feedback constructively they lash out calling me a liar. Why on Earth would I lie about this. I stand to gain nothing except to inform others of a poor service. My original feedback - I used this service provider because I was told that they were really cheap. They are cheap, however, I found the service to be lacking and unprofessional. Took my ipad in for repairs. Was told that it could be done same day so I agreed to leave it. An hour later I received a text saying it would take a week. In frustration I told them that I could not wait a week and I would pick it up immediately. When I arrived to collect it no one was there. I tried calling the number but my calls were declined. Eventually some one called me and I picked up my device. However, I should have checked it on the spot. When I got home and tried to access the ipad, the device was disabled requiring a full factory reset. Someone at the store had tried to access the ipad and it was now fully disabled. I would recommend paying a bit extra and using a more reliable service.

Quick service and price is very affordable. Both my wife’s and my iPhone were fixed here. We had a bowl of pho while waiting and both phones were already done in less than 30 mins! I’ve been a customer since this shop was at Glenferrie Road. Glad to see it’s in Richmond now! Highly recommended.

When my s8 is broken, Other store said that it needed more than 300 dola to repair but in here I just need to lower money than i expected. Moreover, When i have phone, it is look like new (i used it 3 year, and spend 2 hours to repair) and good service, clean and warranty.
