Mobile Phones Repair and Data Recovery

An absolutely amazing job by Ric. My phone got damaged whilst on holidays. Unfortunately, the phone wasn’t backed up to cloud… Apple advised that all data will be lost upon repair or replacement, and recommended to visit Payam data recovery before Apple would proceed with repairs. Payam timeframes were very long and I decided to visit this place (heard that it’s good from other people) to get a second opinion. To my delight, not only I was able to speak to Ric in person (Payam was online form only), but the timeframes were significantly faster and it was third of the price I got quoted at Payam. Ric got all my data from my damaged phone recovered and I got a new phone from Apple (under warranty). Super grateful to Ric for the service provided. Such a nice guy too.

My phone screen was absolutely ruined and I was horrified of losing my data, but this place not only fixed the screen, which had a bunch of scratches on it, but all the data is still there and I'm super thankful

My iPhone 12pro plus that I purchased in January totally crashed. Wouldn't turn on at all. Apple care couldn't fix it nor could the Apple Genius bar. I hadn't backed up any of my data (typical!) and was devastated when I realised I had lost over 6 months of photos and videos of my 1yo daughters life including her first (and only) holiday, her first word, her crawling for the first time etc. I took my phone to Ric and he managed to retrieve every single photo and video that was saved on my phone (there were a lot of old ones too!) despite the fact that I was told by Apple that it just wouldn't be possible. I will always back up my phone going forward but suffice to say that Ric is a genius. He is also lovely, professional, kind and kept me up to date every step of the way. Thank you Ric. It was a pleasure to deal with Ric. He is friendly, courteous and highly experienced. After 3 hours of live chat with Samsung and a visit to their store, they were not able to retrieve data from my old phone. I had lost all hope until I found Ric. I needed to replace the battery in an iPhone and after reading the previous positive reviews went here. The job was done in 30 minutes and the owner was very pleasant.
