Went out their way to assist me in repairs to my father's apple phone. So close and convenient.

My cracked phone screen was fixed promptly and returned back to me in pristine condition. I even got a free screen protector too. Thanks so much!

I had trouble finding a reasonably priced repairer in Bayside, until I found Cheapest Phone Repairs! Very impressed with their price, turnaround time (drop off 10am and pick up 2pm the same day), and friendly service. Hopefully I don't drop my phone again, but if I do, I'll be going to Cheapest Phone Repairs

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dropped my daughter’s phone off with broken front and back screens just before closing. Phone was ready by lunchtime the following day looking brand new.

Very disappointed to have to be writing this review as a Black Rock local who tries to support local business.

Purchased a new iPhone case on Tuesday and the assistant asked me to put it on in the shop whilst I paid for that and a screen protector.

That evening, I decided to return the phone itself for a different model so within 48 hours of purchasing the case, I went back to see if I could exchange the case for the right size - I didn't want a refund, just to get the correct size of the exact same case (actually a smaller one).

I hadn't even used the case yet, still in perfect condition and was acting completely in good faith.

And unfortunately I was refused any assistance and they would not exchange it.

I have proof of purchase and the only reason I didn't have the original packaging, which they probably still have in the store to reuse on another case, was because the assistant asked me to put the case on before I left.

A very poor customer service experience given I was trying to do the right thing and not waste the case which is now useless to me.

It's a big shame as this retailer has permanently lost my and local family and friends' business.

Absolutely recommend.took my phone to samsung.their option was 3 day fix and all data wiped.took it to cheapest phone repairs in black Rock, they had it fixed in 3 hours and all data preserved.have had repairs done there in the past.they use a courier service to get your device to a team of techs.outstanding service.

Repaired an IPhone screen within 3 hours, great job done, great to have them at Blackrock where they are convenient to get to.

I would recommend this phone repair shop to anyone.

I saw on their website that iPhone 6 battery replacement was 55 dollars. The lady at the shop said it was 80. She claimed she used lower prices to get people in. Then said it was for other phones yet nothing was stated on their website.

Put my phone in to get fixed for a battery and got the call to come back. However when I received the phone the back of my phone was missing the apple logo. There was a hole clearly seen. I asked for this to get fixed today as this shouldn't have happened and I didn't want any further damage to occur. I wanted my phone back the same way I gave it to them. So I went back for another time to pick it up and said to the lady that I should be compensated for the inconvenience of it all. She simply replied no and that because I wanted my phone fixed today that was putting them out. Even though it was their mistake in the first place. I had spent the whole afternoon dealing with this problem. There was no understanding or recognition for the customer.

Definitely don't come here it's not worth the trouble!

Go somewhere else. They fixed my Apple Watch screen and neglected to notify me verbally or in writing that the repair was not water proof. After being momentarily submerged the watch is unusable. When I notified them of the issue they refused to do anything about it. Very poor.

Phone screen looks amazing after being incredibly damaged. Very friendly business owner and fantastic price, cheaper than lots of shopping centres. Would definitely come here again.

Very happy, such a prompt service for screen repair - took only a couple of hours when usually I've had to wait much longer other places! Phone looks good as new and nice case options here as well.
