Mobile Phone & Laptop Repair Melbourne - Zee Mobi solutions

Took my old laptop in for repair, they had it for almost 4 weeks. Terrible service from every person i spoke to at the store. Long story short, they screwed me around, didn't fix it and were just unprofessional all round. At one point they didn't even know where my laptop was, when I called they would say they would call back they would fail to do so 4 out 5 times. After receiving my laptop back un-repaired because they weren't able to complete the repair (with no explanation of what was wrong with it so I could repair it myself) it came back with scratches covered in dust, the guy took out an ethanol wipe and started smearing the dust over the laptop because he noticed I was questioning why it was in such poor condition. He then returned it to me without the charger i had brought in. I then had to take it upon myself to look and point out that the charger was tangled in a pile sitting on a shelf because he couldn't find it.

I tried to give them some constructive feedback about my experienced it fell on deaf ears because the guy at the front desk "just repairs phones". Decided against continuing with the feedback because I didn't see a point. I was going to try and avoid writing an online review but after all of that I don't want anyone else to go here. Complete waste of my time and if there was any urgency in getting my computer repair it would have absolutely messed up any hope to get any work done. The only shining light was that they didn't charge me for inspecting the laptop even though they initially said it would cost $35 for assessment. Fortunately for them because I wouldn't have paid for whatever 'assessment' they performed given that they couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it other than it was broken (obviously).

If you want a laptop repaired, take it literally anywhere else. These guys seem to be capable of sticking a screen on a phone but not much else.

As much as the man who did the service was really kind and friendly, it can only get you so far. I brought my iPhone 8 in to get the screen replaced and nothing else which was relatively expensive for what I received back. The screen wasn’t fully down on one side and the moment I saw my phone I knew something looked wrong with the screen itself. I spent the rest of the day constantly feeling the need to throw up anytime I looked at said screen. I went back and asked for the screen to be pushed down (which he kindly did) but he could do nothing about the screen and the strain it was putting my eyes through as it was an aftermarket one (which he admitted to). Over the past few days, the touch sensitivity of the screen has been decreasing and I honestly regret not just buying a refurbished phone like I usually do. It would have been $50 more expensive than what I paid and I wouldn’t be feeling the physical effects of a cheap after market screen as I am right now. I’m not sure if all their replacement screens are this cheap or just the iPhones but know that it was not just my eyes that were getting sick from the screen, it was also anyone I showed it too. This is a warning to anyone with sensitive eyes, do not go here. The staff are very kind and friendly but that’s where my praise stops.

Exceptional service and seems to be good quality materials. Battery and screen was replaced for iPhone 7 Plus. They charged 170 altogether and this is half the Apple amount. Let's hope it is of the same quality but the guy who served me was confident about his materials and service so I have reasonable confidence that both items will go far!
Spend an additional 50 to get genuine cable and a nice case.

Zee fixed my iPhone in a shorter time than expected (nearly dead battery and broken charging port) & it was also cheaper than expected as a particular part didn’t need replacing after all.
He was friendly & professional & explained & showed me the problems with my phone.

He fixed my broken iPhone screen in an afternoon at a great price! Also got a new case and screen protector. I did ask for a different case which was a bit more expensive then the one he picked out, but he let me pay the same price as he asked. Great god and great costumer service. Thanks!

This place is awesome. I went in expecting to probably having to replace my old Samsung. They fixed it. And cost was $70 parts n Labour and it was done in 45mins

These guys really do a great job, took in my phone with it's cracked screen and LCD, is it possible that it looks (and works) better now than before I cracked it? Yes it is! Unbelievable service. Well done Zee Mobi, I'm sure I'll be back someday.

Needed an urgent phone repair on a Samsung (screen and LCD) during Stage 4 covid restrictions. Very responsive, price was comparable with other businesses, and was able to fix it on the spot. Very happy with service.

Excellent service, super fast turnaround and very reasonable prices. I took my phone in to get a new screen and within 40 minutes it was fixed better than before - the fingerprint recognition hadn't worked since the last time the screen was replaced, but now functions perfectly. My first impulse when I dropped it and dislodged the screen was to look on the secondhand phone sites - I'm so glad I didn't, I bought a new battery as well and overall the repairs still cost much less than half what a secondhand phone would have, and my phone now functions perfectly - 100% battery, more responsive screen than before, and fingerprint sensor - which I thought my phone couldn't do anymore! Very happy to recommend this business.

This man is a magician! My phone had fallen into water and was not in a good way. Within an hour it was back to being 100% functional. Price was very reasonable too - a lot cheaper than a new phone. Highly recommend.

Went in with my phone complete smashed. I almost lost hope and was very upset as I had pictures in it for the past 15 years. But this guy fixed the phone same day and helped me retrieve all the data and pictures. I had my phone fixed previously in the past at other shops. But these guys are just awesome.
