I don't know about me being AWESOME, I had ordered an iPhone 12pro elsewhere and after the date it was to be delivered I got in touch and was advised they didn't have any in stock and didn't have any when I put in the order, thanks to PayPal i got a e refund.

Now back to Mobile Guru being AWESOME. I ordered my iPhone 12pro on Saturday the 2nd July and received it Wednesday morning the 6th July. To say I am pleased is an understatement, I have already told more than a dozen friends and will be back for my next upgrade/replacement.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro max from mobile guru, it was listed as ‘amazing as new’ condition and it was exactly that. The phone arrived very quickly from Melbourne to Queensland, it came with a charging cord and block, with minimal wasteful packaging which is great for the environment (the package was even shipped with net-zero emissions- brilliant). As for the phone, it’s absolutely perfect. You couldn’t even tell it was refurbished, the battery health is excellent. If you are like me and you are a bit skeptical of refurbished sellers (I typically refuse to buy from gumtree etc.as I don’t know if people are lying about hidden issues with the device), there is nothing to worry about. Mobile guru is professional, prompt with answering questions, and everything comes as described. The warranty is even better than most. And not to mention the price, I’ve never seen this phone be sold for such a good deal! Support our local Aussie businesses and the environment, thank you mobile guru!

Be extremely careful and do not send you phone in another company offered me $300 for my phone but mobile guru offered $400 thought I'd take the better option then mobile guru reduced it to $65 when they received it and now want $21 to send back to me. Good little scam they have going on.

Being an older person I was hesitant to purchase a newer iPhone. Mobile guru made the process so easy and my iPhone arrived sooner than expected. Set up was easy and I am now up and running.

Look I'll be totally honest because these days customers are always wrong although at least the supervisor can get all your answers sorted & saved a lot of hassle. The charger cable that came with the phone was a nice touch, it did this cool pattern which looks like how I was shown what an atom looks like, very impressive girls ¤
