The lady at service is just messaging and talking to someone rather than giving service to customer. Terrible customer service. Owner should have a look on its employees if you need to increae your sales.

I recently had a fantastic experience at mobile experts, The wide range of mobile accessories they offer is impressive. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me to find the perfect accessories for my devices!

These guys were great to deal with. Fair pricing, completed a screen repair in 25 minutes and even upgraded my screen protector without charging me extra. I’ll definitely be going here next time, thanks guys!

Got told they had to break my iPad screen to remove the battery and charge me for a new screen? A extra $120.00 on a Saturday, Get some skill I say. Got it fix for a little bit more on a Sunday and was ready Monday morning, with no problem with screen removal and know what she was doing. Step your game up.

Took an iPhone XS in due to water damage, told them some water got in while cleaning, the lady there just laughed and said it’s not waterproof, didn’t even bother having a look. The iPhone is rated IP68, maybe they should get the facts straight. I took the phone elsewhere for repair.

Great service and reasonably priced. Had an issue with a camera they replaced (it wasn't focusing properly) they were very helpful and informative. When the problem persisted they replaced the camera without issue and at no charge. Definitely recommend.
