I went and got my iPhone X battery and screen (shattered screen) repaired here all within an hour.
Fantastic job done I’m very happy, the staff was very friendly and this place was the best price I could find for the repair.

Went to this store after visiting 5 different stores in this centre, everyone was $40 expensive than this store. The staff here served me with happy face with quality products. I would simply say everyone should come here for their mobile phones repairs & they have best Accessories too. 10/10 for sure

Seriously overpriced. Lacking quality and customer service - avoid at all costs. Find another store within the complex - you will save money and have a better experience.

Do not buy any screen protectors from here! They will break from standard use within a day and the store will not accept any fault for poor quality product and poor installation. The tech who installed the protector lifted up the edge and bent the protector multiple times over about 5 minutes trying to install and then they don't acknowledge that this has caused stress in the glass and caused it to crack in that exact corner. Customer service is poor when you have an issue and don't even bother calling their head office number, you will only be belittled and told it must be your fault. I have been using tempered glass screen protectors for years and I have never had one break, let alone within a single day without any impact occurring. This company is no good.

We rang the Highpoint store for a quote on my daughters iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replacement and were quoted $280 and 45 minute turn around. We sent my daughter who is 14 to wait and collect and the sales rep Linh tried to bully my daughter into paying $380 and said the other sales rep gave the wrong price and we as the customer had to pay for their pricing mistake. My daughter in the end paid $300 cause that’s all she had on her and was very upset.
Wouldn’t recommend them and do yourselves a favour and go to a reputable respectful place for your repairs. Clearly this isn’t honest nor friendly.
Avoid at all costs.
Linh was also very rude and dismissive when I had rung to get an explanation over the phone and come up with a resolution as we have felt like we have been overcharged.

Literally one of the best repairs I have ever had. They were efficient and to the point. Other phone repair shops don’t use as quality parts. Great for when shopping with kids. 10/10 recommended to all!

Love the service. Friendly and helpful staff. I went to repair my S9+ LCD screen which the Samsung store next door refused to service (citing International model), and Mobile Essentials did it within a week. Also great stuff at their place. Will certainly avail more services in future.

Had my charging port fixed here recently. Super helpful and quick service. Staff diagnose and fix the problem. Great place will be sending all family and friends for outstanding products and service.

The name is a perfect description of this store, Mobile Essentials! They know their business. No waiting for service and not trying to sell anything if you don’t need. Whether you’ve forgotten your password, need emergency assistance for your phone or just have a simple request. Would completely recommend!

My iPhone was fixed fast and nice on the spot, lads were spot on at pinpointing the exact problem and all it took was a cup of coffee to get the job done. Will be coming back for sure

Great service on fixing my iPhone here, I was in huge panic when I dropped my iPhone and the phone stoped showing pictures on screen. The gentleman was very friendly and gave his professional advice on fixing my phone and it was done very fast indeed. Used it for almost a month no issues at all

Very questionable service. I took my phone in, described the issues I was having with the microphone and asked how much it would be to repair. The lady there took my phone and went away, presumably to analyse what needed to be done. After a few minutes, she returned my phone and told me I had to pay $35. I said that I hadn't agreed to any payment beforehand and that I'd asked specifically how much it would cost to fix. She very quickly admitted that she should have told me the price upfront and told me I could go. I hate to think how many people have been caught out paying for a service they hadn't agreed to.

Staff member got up from repair table and served lady right on front of her, maybe some manners in asking who was first, basic sales rule I say.

This has to be the worst phone repair shop i've ever been to.

I walked into the shop with a functional iPhone which is running out of battery a bit faster than I would have liked & walked out with an iPhone which doesn't have a new battery OR a functioning home button.

The solution? Pay $110 for a new screen to fix the problem which YOUR kiosk caused.

I'll be taking this further to the ombudsman as I genuinely couldn't believe the service that I had received.

Do not use these guys to repair your phone. They will not honour the warranty they offer.
They replaced the front and back glass and LED and it started having problems after a week. I took it back under warranty to be fixed and they will not, saying a tiny scratch has caused issues with the LED which was not there when i took it back to them.

I got screen protector put on by sandy on my I pad. She gave me very good discount on I pad cover and glass proctecotr. I am very happy from her customer service. Great staff and very inexpensive accessories. Thanks sandy

Job is well done, I got my Iphone 6 screen fix in half hour is only cost $89, they tell me is after market screen, but the phone works the same as before.it was nice customer service and helpful
