Highly recommend Mobihub in Lilydale. Syed was very helpful. My daughters phone screen was smashed and wouldn’t work at all. Thinking we would have to buy a new phone we decided to go to Mobihub for advice first. Syed replaced the screen and the phone now works perfectly. Replacing the screen was a much more cost effective option. We were very pleased. Price was very reasonable. Service was great and friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolute gun

Had a tricky issue with samsung battery temperature saying to low to charge. Also went there late in the afternoon. They advised there was a queue and looking at next day pick up. Advised I was flying out on holiday early in morning and needed it fixed urgently. They called in backup to work the back log while the tech prioritised my fix and stayed back after COB to get it done for me. Still going well after many months. Great customer service and resolution, good outfit are Mobi Hub!

These blokes are ripoff merchants. They'll destroy your tablet or phone and blame you for the privilege. DON'T bring your device here to get fixed. Strange how they had 138 reviews and now only have 117. Their FAKE Operators.

Syed was marvellous. He put a new screen on my iPhone 7 plus in under 40 mins and was most courteous to an elderly pensioner. Fantastic service at a fabulous price.

Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Went in to buy a refurbished phone after smashing my S10. Ended up paying less to have my front and back screens changed (on staff advice) and avoided the hassle of transferring all my files. Even got a discount on a tough new case. Will be back next time I break a device.
