Friendly and informative service! I have a laptop that is near impossible to fix and trusted his expertise to use a temporary fix until I can purchase a new one. Even told my rural family to make the trip to richmond if they ever need!

Thanks Paul for your service. I have 2 Venoms, one a Blackbook Pro which is my favourite, and a Zero which I’ve been using more as my portable laptop, to take anywhere. Recently i dropped it, and a key broke, making it harder to type normally. I took it in to MLN, and Venom and Paul kindly got it fixed in no time.

Took my Venom laptop here for a replacement keyboard after I damaged the original. Was repaired the same day, awesome customer service from Paul @ MLN Richmond. Laptop back working great. Many thanks.

These guys took from us $800 and reassured us that our computer was going to be ready in 2 weeks. It was fine if they couldn’t fix it but they kept lying to us for 3 months and every time we picked it up, the computer would not even turn on.

Last try the guy said despite us having warranty for whatever he replaced, that he couldn’t give us back the entirely money as he had to replace pieces of it.
Why would we have to pay for something that isnt working?

The guy never fixed the computer, we never got a follow up call, we even bought a charger for another computer and the guys took almost month and a half to give it to us after we did full payment.

These guys are lazy, they never give you an update and they will rip you off because they couldn’t care less about the experience they are offering. Very hard to communicate with them.

I dropped in as the kids had removed a couple of keys on my laptop. They went out the back, found some and fixed it straight away and said "You care a valued Venom customer" enjoy your day. Just amazing people and equipment and is why it is the only place I would buy a computer.

Service was prompt and super professional and efficient. Paul was able to answer my questions acurately and diagnose the problem.
He went out of his way to get the parts and repair done quickly for me to meet a deadline.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Will always come back here for any PC issue or accessory.

I left MLN excited that my issue was fully resolved. I was so happy that Paul at MLNB has a rare combination of old fashioned caring and gentlemanliness plus plenty of intelligence to troubleshoot quickly and successfully. I am a writer with deadlines and my files were not functioning. Paul troubleshot and didn't give up and that made the differece. When one approach was unsuccessful he persevered. All the while he was companionable and patient.
All of these qualities are rare these days-too rare-so I left MLN very happy.
