Good services. Our nephew has just been granted Visa Subclass 500 to study in Australia in March. Thank you the team for your generous support during the Visa processing. Recently I got laid off and the redundent wrongly by my ex-employer, Ofinac Acoustical Engineers Pty Ltd. They didnt even pay me my wages for a month and all my entittlements. I emailed them many times asking for my lawfully earned money but they kept saying they will pay but after more than 2 weeks I still hadnt got the money and then they ignored my emails. I was so desperate and sent a message to Mr. Vu Hoai Phong Dang asking if he could help me and how m cost m, after checking my Employment Contract and my situation, he just helped me thru the whole process of how to make a small claim at Federal Circuit Court agaisnt my ex employer, he has emailed many times guided me step by step so I could successfully lodged my application to the Court, totally FREE OF CHARGE…and after a few days, when the Court emailed me to notify me of the final hearing day, I have forwarded that email to my ex-employer and guess what, they paid me all the money they owed me on the same day and the general manager also emailed me to check the payment and cancel the court proceeding …haha, what a shame on them…
So I would like to thank Mr. Vu Hoai Phong Dang for understanding and helping me without any cost to me while other lawyers would have charged me $1200-$1500 for the service…I would like to recommend him to everybody who need help to fight for justice…
