I took my Apple Watch with a cracked screen to them. It was replaced poorly with glue felt around the screen. As the watch is swim proof i took it to the pool 3 days later. As soon as I entered the pool the watch crashed.
When I returned to the shop I was told the watch cannot be immersed in water. They would not offer a refund on the screen $249. Offered to repair it. I have been back multiple times being told it would be ready soon. The last visit I was told they were waiting on parts yet the employee in the background said it was not repairable.
I have been to apple and they said the watch if repaired correctly is fully immersive to 50 metres.
I do not recommend this shop to anyone especially as they claim the apple certified.
