I recently had the pleasure of shopping at MJ Bale and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The customer service was top-notch, particularly from Yurana. She was amazing at her job and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect suit.

Yurana was very knowledgeable about the different styles and fabrics of the suits and helped me find the perfect fit for my body type. She was patient and attentive throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer my questions and make recommendations based on my preferences.

Overall, I highly recommend this suit shop to anyone in need of a new suit. The exceptional customer service, quality of the suits, and expertise of the staff, particularly Yurana, made my shopping experience a memorable one. I will definitely be returning in the future for my suit needs.

Went in today to change size of my browning jacket and wanted a size smaller. Got talking to Yurana around wanting to getting similar tie as the model on website was wearing. She knew instantly where to look and trust me i shop at another Mj bale closer to home but this will be my go to store even if it means 20 mins extra drive. Awesome service and most importantly knowing product even if its phased out.

At the end of day designers can design suits for big brands but its staff like Yurana that get the brand the point of difference it deserves.

I’m only 24 and I’ve never been to a wedding before. I had absolutely no idea where to start, what was formal enough or what I needed to buy.

The lovely shop assistant, Yurana, helped me through everything. She made me feel like I wasn’t silly for not knowing where to start. She helped me find everything and became my own personal shop assistant. If you’re not sure where to start, go and speak to the lovely Yurana.

Had a lovely experience today with my partner thanks to Sarah. Thanks for all your assistance today- clearly needing another register to keep up with the number of customers but you handled everyone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring everyone was looked after and regularly checked up on. Much appreciated. Great to see such top level customer service. My partner will now look extra stylish and fly at the upcoming weddings and events for 2022.

Zerith was an absolute legend! (I hope I've got the spelling correct). I needed a last minute suit for a work event and he went above and beyond with his help and enthusiasm.

We bought my husband's wedding suit from MJ Bale and the service and assistance we received was impeccable from Baiba. Can't recommend them enough for their divine quality suits and customer service.

Super good service and advice. Very pricey simply because they have really good suits and tailor make them. Super friendly staff and very patient and was willing to stay after hours to help out.

You would have to be a tennager and not a mature person to wear this. They missed out on a large sale. Very narrow market segmentation. Sad really.
