I went to get suits fitted for groomsman at this store and it was the worst experience I could have imagined. The store assistant tried to rush us as much as she could and didn’t even get the correct sizing. We had to go to another store to get a different size after she said it wasn’t available at any other stores. Whether this was a lie or ignorance to say it wasn’t available anywhere else I’m not sure.

I called the manager and he offered no attempt to rectify the poor experience.

I would avoid at all costs for any wedding suit fitting as they do not provide the care and service you would expect for a wedding.

Easy going fitting process with knowledgeable and friendly staff. End product was amazing.

Best customer service. Good quality clothes. You don't have to think much because MJ will make you look good.

Amazing customer service. Extremely helpful and kind. Giuseppe was able to provide brilliant advice, listened to my needs and did not simply point me to the expensive suits but provided a good range of options to try and explained the differences.

I regrettably purchased a suit here a month ago. The customer service I recieved through the process was horrendous. After I purchased the suit, I was walked to alteration experts by the lady who served me. The person doing the alteration said the pants would not work. I waited as the lady who fitted me at mj bale returned to grab a pair of pants that were way to big! I returned to the city 3 times to pick them up after alterating, every time they were not right and looked shocking! I returned to mj bale and all they could say was that's a shame. I spent almost $1500 and recieved a product that that was well below average! I spent more money to to have it realtered elsewhere! All I can say is wow. No word of a lie, the worst shopping experience I have ever had!
