My online order was prepared within an hours. I went to MJ Chadstone the next morning to pick them up and saw the staff there were carefully steaming shirts for customers. Lee (I think that's her name) was absolutely amazing. You got to admire the level of devotion and care. What I saw on the elction day morning (~20 minutes after the shop opens) matches the quality and reputation of MJ.

I recently purchased a couple suits from the M. J Bale Chadstone store while being assisted by Zereth. He was a great help with everything from selection of the suits to measurements and everything went very smoothly and the service was fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Found the staff, who assisted me greatlyo be knowledgeable, helpful and above all, genuine on their approach. Refreshing is a shipping centre environment. Though I am not a local, I’ll certainly shop here again.

Got Fantastic service and advice from MJ Bale at Chadstone. I was served by Aqil Saibo who was the excellent! I normally hate shopping for clothes for myself but the team at MJ Bale really made it a worthwhile and positive experience. I'd had to say that after shopping here, I'd not be buying anywhere else. The range from formal, business, evening, weddings to casual is pretty extensive. I went through a whole range of options as I'm fussy about what I what like - Aquil gave me great advice and options. Finally, being offered tailoring to ensure the best possible fit was important to me as it not only shows that they know what they were doing but Aquil was concerned about what would help me look my best in his clothes! Can't go wrong with that level of personal care and attention.
I'm sure any of the guys there would have given me the same level of service - Good job team!

I purchased a thick fabric Marino wool cardigan last year and it wasn’t itchy at all. In fact, it was as smooth as cashmere. This year the Marino fabric thick cardigans were itchy the second I tried them on. Very disappointing! Hope you can attend to this in future batches.

I love MJ Bale for their shirts, suits, ties and pocket squares. They're all reasonably priced and are great quality. I've worn my suits in particular for numerous years now. Would highly recommend you go and talk to their friendly staff!

Worst customer service ever, the staff (young blonde guy and has a ponytail) clear doesn't give a damn about his job. I wasted over $1000 on something that never suits me.what happened to MJ Bale? It used to be one of the best places to shop ; (

Worst customer experience I've ever had!

I visited your M. J. Bale store in Myer Chadstone and was helped by one of your employees. The size for the suit I wished to purchase was not available, so your employee said he would arrange for it be ordered from Sydney and took my contact details. I was told that it would take approximately a week to arrive, and that I would receive a call from him in one week’s time to let me know that the suit had arrived, or to provide an update on its expected arrival.

Two weeks passed, and I had still not received a phone call, so I revisited the store. I was helped by another employee who found my order written down but told me that no action was taken to make the order two weeks prior. She was very apologetic, and offered to re-order my suit. She was very helpful and reassured me that it would not happen again, so I agreed to re-order the suit from Sydney. I was told it would arrive in another week and that I would receive a call from her in 3 days time to receive an update. Yet again, I received no phone call and no update.

I have tried calling the store for the M. J. Bale Myer Chadstone store several times throughout the weeks, but nobody seems to answer the phone. I have emailed both the chadstone store and MJ Bale customer service and received no response from either.

Another week passes and I receive my first contact from MJ Bale. After 4 weeks of waiting and ordering my suit twice, all I am given is a voice message telling me that my suit is no longer available. Apparently no effort was made by MJ Bale to lodge my order at any point. No apology was offered, and no explanation of why I was treated with such poor customer service.

I will not shop with MJ Bale again, and would encourage others from avoiding the hassle.

Overall not a terrible experience given that we spent alot of money but the staff need to be more professional in terms of approaching customers and providing the best service by not allowing the customer to feel like they are on their own. Classy store should have classy employees and a proper dress code as they aren't selling home wear! Knowledge on the latest styles could be a plus but most importantly pay more attention to customers in a professional manner (Don't keep them waiting). Overall a good experience but could have been better!
