I have been waiting on a refund for too long. Happy to take your money, not happy to refund

Very poor customer service.

Placed order online- still haven’t received all the items after 3 weeks. Multiple calls and emails to staff/ customer service managers and I still haven’t received this order.

Wouldn’t accept my $350 change of size because of tape on the outside of shoe box while sending return. Shoes are totally unused as they were bigger on me. I always shop online for shoes & return/pack them the same way. Never had a problem with any retailers. Now i am stuck with a large pair of expensive shoes which i cant wear. You guys need to lift up your game in customer service.

Only Making a good product is not enough. Your consumer needs a good buying experience as well.

It is absolutely an experience of pure joy to run in these shoes! The new enerzy feels extremely comfortable and light, giving the runner the perfect amount of cushioning without feeling bulky.
Delivery is always so quick with these guys and I've never had any concerns, highly recommend them

I bought both Mizuno Wave Sky5 and Adidas ultraboost 21 from The Iconic, tried on both then decided to return ultraboost 21. Great job Mizuno, I have seen your products been better after every generation.

Excellent online shopping service. They arrived within two days. I highly recommend the Wave Rider. They are suitable for all distances. I wear them for my speed work and long training runs. Never had sore feet, even after running 100km in them.

Let's be fair. I have found Mizuno one of those few labels that produces great running shoes. I always have good confidence with their products. However, I am disappointed with how it managed a recent delivery of mine. Ordered online, goods was delivered quick but left at my address pretty exposed and unattended. Never see the goods presumably got stolen. Contacted its office a couple of times but no responses. It is a discouraging experience.

Daniel was super helpful at fitting my new hot metal pro’s and gave me really useful feedback for my golf game as I’m quite new to the sport! Highly recommend getting fitted at the Mizuno fitting centre in Mulgrave!

I bought a pair of Mizuno Inspire 17 from, for walking and using in the gym. After only having them for 5 months part of the sole (front section, below the toes) became unstuck. I contacted the store I purchased from and they sent them back to Mizuno for assessment. Mizuno deemed that the shoe was outside of it's lifespan. AFTER ONLY HAVING THEM 5 months. This is really disappointing as I believed this brand to be of high athlete quality. I won't be purchasing this brand again, mostly due to the fact that the company denied correcting what is clearly a manufacturing defect.

Received a pair of the Wave Rider 25 running shoes.

Hands down the best pair of runners I've ever worn. Normally I have to substitute lightweight for support and vise versa but these shoes tick every box. Cannot recommend them enough.

Got my wave riders delivered earlier in the week - unreal! Such a good upgrade I thought I'd leave a review - couldn't be happier!

Website is broken - bought a pair on sale and three day later I was informed that the shoes was out of stock and was refunded. - Customer services was nice but the overall website needs to be fixed

I have been using Mizuno golf clubs for many years and currently on my third set. Not only have i been very impressed with the clubs each time, the in house fitting process was great with Simon too. Very happy with my decision!

Ordered a pair of volleyball shoes which didn’t arrive. I contacted Mizuno Australia and they advised that they were doing a “Stocktake” so no online orders were processed - would have been nice to be notified of this. I asked if they could fastrack my delivery with express postage which they quickly declined.

Instead, I was told that my order would be resolved, processed and shipped on the same day. It has almost been two weeks and the status of my order is the same as day one; “processing”.

Would not recommend buying any products online from Mizuno Australia.

I dont usually write reviews and am only posting this up because of the only other review up here (as at 15 April 2019). Ordered on the weekend and was worried when I read that review. Called up and spoke to Alex at Mizuno, who assured me my order (football boots) are being processed and being shipped this afternoon. Very much on top of it and boots delivered within 2 working days. Dont let 1 bad review stop you from shopping at Mizuno Australia. If you have any doubts call them before hand and speak to them, they are quick on the phone too (at leasy that's my experience).
