Fantastic place to come relax, be pampered and made to feel special. Absolutely love this place

Booked a 70 minute massage for 2 people and it was so disappointing because they just gently rubbed oil no actual massage and even when asked to do a bit harder they just slapped, again, that is not actual massage. Very unprofessional and they finished after 55 minutes so not even the full paid 70 minutes. Plenty of other masseuses that will give an actual massage for the time paid. How you can charge for simply gently rubbing oil and calling it a massage is so very unprofessional.

My wife and i had 2 hours of massage and facial great little hidden gem in Wheelers Hill very professional highly recommend and already booked for February thanks again to Chloe and staff

The massage was ok, but the foot spa only last 10 mins, and they just leave u put your feet in the bucket of hot water. That’s it. Disappointing!

My wife pushed me to come with her cause she needed me to drive the car. It was my first time to a day spa store. She recommended me trying the 1 hour Balinese Massage and it was so great! Quiet place, beautiful lights, amazing experience!

Went with my partner for the couples 2hr massage. Loved the relaxed feel of the interior of the day spa, and the staff were lovely. Massage room had great ambience, and the massage and facial were very relaxing.

Had a lovely massage and facial, friendly staff the only reason for 4 Star not 5 is the spas building itself is quite basic looking. But I would definitely go back, a nice experience.

I just had a fantastic facial and massage in here.
It was really a soothing experience for my body pains.

Very disappointing experience. I booked in for a massage and facial. The “therapist” had no idea what she was doing. Massage was very amateur and the facial was a joke! She just smeared oils around my face in a peculiar manner. Waste of time and money.

From when you arrive, you are greeted warmly in beautifully lit entrance. Loved the foot spa, and the body massage and facial were wonderful. Definitely recommend the gentle and caring spa.

Had an appointment booked for a 60 minutes Massage. After being nicely greeted and put Into the massage room, waited 25 minutes Before having enough of waiting and walked out without any service. I won't be recommending them to anyone I know.

Have been to Mizu Day Spa several times, the stuffs are very friendly. I have had different therapist to treat my shoulder and back, they are all very professional and always tell me how to take care my problem back home. It is just so relax in there. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.:)

After a bad experience we were called back again and this time the staff more than made up for it. Jing, the Manager was extremely helpful and just made us feel at home. The massage and facial was fantastic and the staff were wonderful and friendly and welcoming. Should definitely try them out.
