Mitre 10 Monbulk

This is the fourth time we have ordered crushed rock and each time the process has been totally seamless from ordering to delivery. Each driver is friendly and accommodating and unlike other suppliers we've tried, their quantities are generous to say the least. Thanks to Pat and the team at Murphys mitre 10.

Great hardware store from DIY to plants, gardening equipments to gazebos. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If anything is not in store they offer to order it for you. Great country town and community orientated store.

Good service pleasant staff I wanted spade terminals for my trailer wiring, they are not called spade terminals these daysthey are now called piggy back blades, thank you to the helpful young lady. Saturday I bought a replacement gas bottle today, great service again.

Draconian accounts rules and over zealous execution of policy around store accounts makes one feel like a criminal; we have headed back to Bunnings!

I haven't been in here for awhile and the new counter with the revised shelving looks good.

Great product which you'd expect at mitre 10.but also the staff are friendly and helpful. I get the impression that nothing's too much trouble.

The staff here are excellant & very helpful. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the big B.

5 stars for friendliness, but 4 stars for range. The range is good, but sometimes you need that drill bit and the space on the shelf is empty.

Nice little hardware store. Range is what you'd expect for size of store but had everything I needed and the service was friendly and welcoming.

I know I can relay on Murphys to help me out, & have the stock I need at a reasonable price. The customer service is always great, they are friendly & helpful. They never mind taking the time to go through different products & the pros & cons of each.

Great customer service! 10/10. Rachel (over the phone) and the young lady in person at the click and collect (I can't recall her name) really helped us out of trouble at midday on a Sunday.

Adrian the store manager is always very helpful full of knowledge bends over backwards to help you out. Justin is always very helpful also and gives you a good laugh at himself. The new manager Patty in the timber yard is always very nice and helpful. Dave is always very helpful and full of knowledge. I would rather shop here than at Bunnings where the staff have no knowledge at all.

I found what I was looking for straight away. The young lady was very friendly and asked me straight away if I needed help.i would go there again.

Needed a particular thing, gave them a call and was answered quickly and item was put aside for me. When in the store I was greeted in a friendly way and also needed some tape, Chloe knew exactly where it was and explained how to find it. Very pleasant visit. Great to have someone in the hills with the stock I need.

Pretty good hardware store with a decent range.
Some stock running low, eg.power tools, but likely due to reopening rush.

Poor service from the timber yard. Everything to much effort for staff who seem angry to have to do their job. Especially condescending to my partner. Pick up your game guys. Trying to support local but you're making it tough.

Ordered a load of crushed rock and Tanbark two days previously asked for a morning delivery, promised that it would be delivered before lunchtime. I waited in the drive all morning. It is now 12: 00. No delivery.

Convenient, helpful staff, sell wide range of products got me out of trouble with a TV anntena.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, expert key cutting replaced my broken key and advised on shade cloth for a project I am doing. Great service!
