Don’t waste your time going there. Thought I’d do the right thing by using a smaller company. Website says it’s open til 5. I get there at 4: 36 and they are shutting their gates letting no more customers in.

These guys were super helpful and gave me a piece of pex pipe for free to patch a leak.

Great alternative to the mega hardware store, has an excellent range at good prices and friendly staff in an easy to navigate store.

Not the closest hardware store for me, but they are well stocked. Additionally for many items they are significantly cheaper than Bunnings. Worth comparing prices and supporting an alternative to Bunnings, as they now dominate the market and have raised prices.

Don't bother going for gardening supplies. Much more expensive than Bunnings for pretty much everything as well. I can't speak for the tradesman supplies though.

Called up for some help with a product and the sales representative was rude and impatient. Quick to respond before I even had a chance to finish my sentence. Won’t be buying from here.

I think store hours might need adjusting. Hours listed as 7am opening, arrived this morning at 7.20am but doors locked and the storeperson inside just pretended I wasn't there despite my knocking. Probably my fault misinterpreting trade hours as retail hours, but would be good to call it out on here.

Slightly smaller range than Bunnings but underrated in my opinion, especially regarding value for money brands that bunnings do not carry. Specifically we picked up electric gardening tools and a heavy duty hand trolley for better prices than Bunnings can offer for the quality. The electric tools work as well as you'd expect and they do what they say they do.
The lawn mower design could be improved as the handle isn't very user-friendly as it sits quite low but otherwise decent, lightweight and quiet.

Staff were very polite and helpful while doing my click and collect transaction, which I easily loaded into my car with a convenient parking spot close to the entrance.
I loved the great product variety, there was heaps of bargains and specials which are great competition for big retailers
I couldn't look around too much or I'd want to spend beyond my budget, so many things I'd like!
I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Smaller store than Bunnings, smaller range too. However they stock many brands that Bunnings don’t, for instance Stihl. Also plenty of friendly staff around. Polite customer service, I called ahead to confirm my items were in stock before heading into store to purchase.

Would highly recommend, I did a click and collect today and the team were all so helpful and friendly. I would definitely order from Danahers Mitre 10 again. I noticed lots of locals purchasing and I can see why. Its a good size store with a decent range.

Rang to find out if a product was in stocks and yes it was so paid through zippay as I was talking on phone with them. I then wait for call or sms to click and collect and received a call telling me they don't have stock.seeing I called to make sure item was in shock first this is poor service at its best. How they stay in business with service like this is a miracle!

The website says that you can enter the store. You cannot during this lockdown time; it would really help if Danahers website said you cannot enter the store during lockdown.

Customer service is trash no in store shopping. The lady just said you can come back tomorrow having no sense that people actually have things they need to do. They apparently they do not allow debit cards "no, it has to be a credit card" the store 10/10 lady at front -10/10

They were great. After a new Yard Force Blower Vac turned out to be DOA when I got it home, they promptly tested it for me and replaced it with a new one.
