This store is quite hit and miss. Sometimes the customer service is ok, other times you’re an inconvenience. Sometimes they have catalogue items, other times they don’t. Sometimes you’ll be able to find what you’re after, other times you won’t.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of products, unfortunately often out of stock of many items.

The Painting staff are very helpful, and the workers always make you feel welcome and always offering you assitance so your not left standing in the aisles. Fantastic customer service.

Beware - the price to fill a gas bottle at this store is exorbitant. We had to pay $26.50 for a 4kg bottle which is twice the price we have paid anywhere else including remote country towns throughout Australia. I'd expect to pay that for a 9kg bottle not 4kg. It is outrageous!

Do not stock a variety. Could not find what I needed. If the shop assistant just attempted to order or getting the item it would have received a much higher rating.

Good quality products friendly and helpful staff. Large range of products at reasonable prices. They have Jay Car range of products plus many other brands.
