Always a great variety of delicious wines. Disappointing to see their vegan options be even less than previously. Would be nice to see a change there!

Amazing food and service! The wine was beautiful and I cannot recommend the food more highly to anyone travelling through Ballarat! Amazing atmosphere and staff!

I chilled out here twice with a glass of wine before going back to my campsite. Beautiful historic interior that’s been restored really well I reckon! The wine selection is excellent and the team is really friendly and attentive. So I’ll visit each 4th Saturday of the month when I do the Ballarat Farmers Market with my Cejuvenate Orange Peel Powder stall. Well done everybody!

A really interesting space with great ambience to enjoy a wine or two and a few delectable snacks (highly recommend the potato pizza). Friendly, attentive staff and a warm fire.

Went to Mitchell Harris wines for a drink with friends prior to going out to dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Ended up enjoying two bottles of their Savignon Blanc @$47 a bottle. Heading off to dinner. Imagine our horror when the restaurant we went to sold the same wine from Mitchell Harris @ $25 a bottle, almost half the cost of the actual company that probably supplied them. This left us feeling ripped off and really disappointed. I'd of expected the restaurant to be more expensive than the winery/bar itself.

Went to Mitchell Harris tonight with a girlfriend. Wine was delicious but food and service was really disappointing. Dips were tasteless and arancini balls were definitely defrosted from frozen and were inedible. When we politely complained about the quality of the food we were treated as if it was our fault. Will not be back.

We've been there twice. It's good for a glass or two of wine, or a cuppa on a cold Ballarat afternoon when the cafes have turned off their machines.

Fantastic wine list, really warm and friendly staff. This is a fantastic spot for an arvo drink or cosy dinner. Will definitely be back!

It was a horrible experience customer service was atrocious and the wine I paid for was completely disgusting. Never going there again.

Stunning food, impeccable service and quite well priced for the quality and quantity of food! Very comfortable venue, friendly and knowledgeable waiters, clean toilets, it was all perfect! Loved it!

Wondering around Ballarat following a self guided ‘ghost tour’ (ghost images of old heritage signage on walls) we stumble upon this really really cool venue. As soon as you walk in you known your are in somewhere special, this place rocks. Great wines and a good menu (although we only had deserts so can’t comment on the meals). Such a cool vibe and one to revisit for sure %.

We had an awesome dinner there with some good wine (guys offer a great selection).

Unfortunately we managed to forget some belongings there. Staff responded fast to us and helped us to get it back.

Highly recommend this place

Went here last night on the recommendation of the concierge at the Provincial Hotel. Complete win! The food was amazing, the pinot noir was to die for, and the service was fabulous. Can't recommend this experience highly enough.

Love this place. Have been twice this week and both times really impressed.
Great wine selection backed up by delicious tapas style meals. The Mitchell Harris Sabre Sparkling and the roasted cauliflower are must haves. Congratulations to all involved. Brilliant.
