Mister Minit Woodgrove

I bent my house key over the weekend and it was very close to snapping. This already being my spare key for the lock, I needed a new key asap or I was going to end up needing a new lock!
Not only could he cut the mangled key,
It takes longer to read this review than it does for Mister Minit for cut a key!

I went down to mister minit to get a key cut and the service literally made my day. Customer rapport was on 10, from both workers, greeted with a smile! The older gentlemen whose name I didn’t catch but I believe he’s the manager/owner was super lovely! I would literally make the drive here from where I stay just to get a key cut because of how lovely the service was! Keep doing what you’re doing

My watch had a link detached from a poor job at another store the previous day. I was pleasantly surprised when the lovely gentleman took his time to fix it free of charge. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Excellent service!

Rude, arrogant customer service. I made a mistake copying a key, the "customer service proffesional" and I use those words really losely said, you just wasted a blank key! I was like what, I'm going to pay for it anyway, I knew it was my mistake. Anyway stay away from this place.

Wife dropped her garage remote and smashed it. Mister minutes not only had a replacement. He told me how to program it. Easy peasy.

They damaged my watch while changing a link. Then told me to chase up my jewelry store to fix it.
Unprofessional. Will not be returning and definitely won't recommend this store to anyone.

Great and friendly service. As I use them reasonably often I get a 10% discount. Much appreciated. They have all the key blanks and will recut a key for free if there's a problem!

I took my watch to get a new battery and have a link removed, the watch was given back to me in pieces and the bloke was not helpful at all would not recomed at all

Pratit is a good man! He will always offer the best solution to a problem, and will not do unnecessary work just to get extra money out of you. He fixed my garage door remotes rather than making me new ones (which would have cost more than 3 times the price each) and made sure the first one worked before doing the other two.

Went to get a key cut for the house, picked a key and paid. Went home to find the key doesn't fit or work at all. Went back to store to see what was wrong, the man told me he would see if it can be filed down a little and after 10 minutes was given a new key instead. Went home again and still doesn't fit or work. Went to a different key cutter as i didnt want to keep driving to woodgrove every 20 mins and got the exact same key and design (custom design key) and first go at home fits with ease. I don't understand how 1 key cutter can not get a key right and the other can first go? Maybe too many customers at one time and not focusing on the customer you are with at the time and there product, Wasn't happy about the fuel, time and initial key cost I've lost.
