While the gentleman who served me was very curteous and helpful he did originally quote me a 15 - 20 minute wait time to cut two car keys, however he ended up taking an hour and a half. And all the while seemed to be serving other customers who had arrived after me while i waited. He did offer me small discount when it came time to pay however i would not recommend you go here if you are in a rush.

5 stars is not enough, Branko at Mister Minit in Wendouree Victoria is a saint and very talented. Whilst in Melbourne lock down with no local Mister Minit to engrave a gift I called head office and spoke to a very helpful lady who put me onto a regional store in Victoria as they were still open. I sent Branko the gift by post with instructions and contact details to pay him and return post for him to get the gift back to me engraved. His engraving skills are just beautiful. I'm very happy with his service that went above and beyond to help this Melbournian in lock down trying to at least celebrate milestone birthdays of loved ones. A big thank you to the lady on the phone and to Branko. You both are just wonderful people and a credit to Mister Minit.

Went to Mr Minit Friday to have my dress making scissors sharpened, excellent friendly service & very reasonably priced, highly recommend Mr Minor.

After a watch battery replacement my wife got her watch back with a burr that cut her wrist and easily sliced a finger. When the watch was taken back the burr was ground off with no care for the metal band. No apology was given for damaging the watch.

Would not recommend going here at all.

I had a faulty Car key (Holden VU) that needed replacing. I called Mister Minit to get a replacement. I was offered various opinions based on price. Total key replacement time was under 10 minutes. Very happy with the friendly and professional customer service. Will recommend this to friends.if the situation arises.
