Mister Minit Waverley Gardens

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Mr Minit. The employee was rude and dismissive. I would not recommend Mr Minit Branch. Pretty sad I used Mr Minit in New Zealand and the service was excellent there. I won't be going to another Mr Minit again.

I went to that MM kiosk to get watch battery replaced yesterday and the employee (I think his name is Michelangelo or sth) yelled at me for not cleaning my watch before I asked him to replace a battery because it contained a lot of gunk trapped outside my watch. He told me to clean it using a little brush while he went to fix some shoes. It was so humiliating to clean my watch next to the cash register.

In the past, I have been to other Mister Mint kiosks around Victoria and I have never seen and heard from MM employees about this and it’s the first time for me!

Got some engraving done on a watch for a Fathers Day gift. The guys at Minit did a great job!

Perfect place for a last minute gift. The man working was lovely enough to engrave a flask for me in no longer than 20 minutes and the outcome was so neat and clean. Thank you so much. Definitely will see me again:)

Very friendly staff and extremely efficient. Have had 2 pens engraved and had recently gone back to get another as I’m very happy with the work. More affordable than other stores I’ve looked at so the value is great and I waited no longer than 20 minutes. The engravings are beautiful and neat - I had them done in lowercase and found them to be much cleaner than other places.

These guys cut me a new key from a broken twisted one. Not only that, it fit and worked better than the original

Great service from Bruce can't really remember the name. I wanted to change my car remote battery.he explained the diffarant systems.types and did the job with a smile.and he's only being in Melbourne 4 days. Great work keep it up.comes with 1 year warranty.cost me $20.

It says open 10 am on Sunday waited till 10: 40 but didn't open. Tried to ring on phone, phone doesn't connect. Waste of time.

This guy just stole my money. He cut a key for me that didn't work. He tried rectifying it and it still didn't work. Then I asked for a refund he said he doesn't do refunds. I payed for a service he did not provide. He STOLE my money. He said he didn't want to stand there and argue with me and walked away. Rudest person I have ever dealt with.

Yup. Rudest person ever. The man was working there for the longest time and grumpy face all the time. My key was cut there and did not worked. Went back twice and did not work. How is this kind of rude people still working there is beyond my imagination. Basically throwing away business. Just look at the reviews before mine.

Did a beautiful job of my pet's name disc. Have been a repeat customer here with keys, and the guy there has always been fast and friendly.

Overpriced and rude. Asked for a return when I didn't want a service preformed and simply told me they don't do refunds despite not performing a service. Exceptionally terrible.

The redhead guy here is a grumpy know it all douche but he did what I asked. Bit expensive though.

Worst in the town. Instead fixing car remote he ended up screwing even the functional one. Total waste of money and time. Dishonest and harsh behavior even after screwing up my remote key.
