Terrible service. Terrible workmanship. Don't risk it. Don't make the same mistake I made of trusting these amateurs with your shoes.

Terrible service. I went in to have some inner soles changed and they completely ruined the shoes. These are clearly not professional shoe repairers. This is a chain store that hires anyone who applies, probably trains them for a few days and then sets them loose to work on $600 shoes with no experience. The worst thing is, when I challenged them that the work was not done well and should be redone, they informed me that what they had done was excellent work and that they wouldn't be redoing it because it was to the Mister Minit standards. Well, that leaves me to believe that Mister Minit's standards are in fact very low and they're happy to allow disappointed customers to walk away with unresolved issues. I especially want to single out the English gentlemen with tattoos. That guy should not be interacting with customers.

Great products and very professional service. Was served by a tall, skinny guy with tattoos. Didn’t catch his name but he was very good, enthusiastic and great to have a chat to. Will be back for all key and shoe needs!

Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude staff who seem kind of petty as well. Got my soles fixed. It broke after one wear - I went and told them and while I was there another lady came up to say this was the third time she was coming as the soles would not stay glued.

The person who served me did not want to give me a refund initially. I had paid $80 for a fix. When I pointed out the lady who was coming for the 3rd time, I asked for a refund again. They ripped the work they had done off the shoes (seems petty but also if it takes them one second to undo the work, really really bad work). Then they gave me a refund.

I'm not sure how they keep in business with such terrible customer service. I reccomend you do not go here.

On reading the reviews of how helpful and friendly the service is here I realise I must have come across the younger man who “helped” me today on a bad day! I went to drop my shoes off at 5.10 and was told that I couldn’t leave my shoes to be repaired as he had already “put the dockets away”. I went to Coles baffled, and on passing him on the way back to my car asked him if it was correct that he closed at 5.30, which he confirmed, so I asked “and you put your dockets away at 5.10?
He replied yes, and as with the first conversation was abrupt and rude.
That must be one hell of a complicated docket system he’s got going if it needs 20 minutes to put away.

What a great team at Mister Minit Victoria Gardens Richmond. I stopped by with a pair of my all time favourite shoes “ Crepe soled suede English Creepers”. Soles were shot to pieces but I kept wearing them as I just couldn’t find a shoe repairer who felt confident they could be repaired. Until that is, I stopped by Mister Minit. They took a look, knew the shoe style immediately and suggested a solution using a stronger rubber material. I was stoked! I left the shoes feeling ‘hopeful’ but not confident. Well, 48 hrs later, Boom! Fixed! But not just fixed, better than new. Very impressed with the work and the young guys that run the place are super nice and very professional. I could not recommend them more highly! Nice work MM team! And Ive just added some before pics. Great stuff!

Brought my pair of JC shoes to the store and it turned into a masterpiece. Really love it! Service is nice and in time too.

$45 for some fabric stuck at the back of the shoes. It peeled off after one day, and when I've returned then, they glew it back so hard that now it cuts into my Achilles. What you see it's actual blood. When asked if nothing was done, the guy at the counter stated: “ I spoke to my boss, and he told me it's done” and walked away.

Again, we paid $45 for this. (2 pairs)

I now have to buy a new pair of trainers.

But let me tell you, these guys are the real deal. I brought in my worn-out boots and busted watch, and they worked their magic to make them look and function like new. And when I mentioned I needed a spare key, they cut it for me on the spot. It was like watching a magic trick, but better.

But the real magic is in their staff. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and they make you feel like you're part of the family. It's like Cheers, but for shoe and watch repair (and key cutting, of course).
