The staff at Mister Minit Glen Waverley go above and beyond in customer service. Very impressive!

I took in a watch here because she was running a couple minutes slow - these guys not only explained to me that it was mechanical and what that meant, but were incredibly gracious about it when I clearly had no clue - so helpful and friendly and great customer service, the least I can do is leave a review saying thank you!

First I rang around n no one answered. I rang Eastland Forest Hills n Knox City was just a waste of petrol. Rude
But I rang The Glen n he was so nice n polite. I’ll b going back there for all my things I need. He’s engraving is absolutely wicked. Go to Mister Mint at The Glen. Everything is at a reasonable price

I got my Raymond Weil watch restraped from their kiosk in Glenny and I just realised when I came home after a work function that watch has come off and fallen out of my wrist. Poor workmanship. 4k watch lost just like that. Do not use their services.

Steven was fantastic, I asked for replacement worn sole inserts for my badly worn shoe heals, was expecting a high price and was anticipating having to buy another pair of shoes but the price was very cheap and job was excellent. I took some sneakers in to Mister Mint for minor repairs. The repairs were completed on the spot by the friendly team and priced accordingly. Would recommend.

Brought 4 car remotes that need battery replacement- all done professionally and service was super quick- best part is the guy gave me a discount!:) This will be my default Mister Minit branch!

I left a boot to be stretched and was told I could pick it up on the Wednesday before the Lockdown. I was also told that if they were going to close early, then someone would ring me. No phone call, went to pick up my boot and they were closed. Over six weeks later, I noticed that they were finally open, so I got my boot back. The boot was not stretched a millimetre. Such a waste of time and money! I have since taken the boot to Scholler Shoe repairs, who did a fantastic job.

Great customer service! Was served by Paul, he was very friendly, fast and did a great job! Been served by the Knox store and wasn't impressed. More than happy to make the extra distance to come to The Glen for my next trip for whatever needs to be done next time! Very pleased!

Easily the best place of its kind in the south east. I've been going here for years and the quality of work is amazing. I live 40 minutes away from the Glen but I still make the trip in just to give these guys my things to fix. The gentlemen here are always helpful and they guarantee all their work. The prices are quite cheap and they always go the extra mile.
If you need keys cut, watches or shoes repaired, or some artful engraving- look no further.

Impeccable service, my shoes looked brand new and the holes were gone. And I must say I didn't have to wait long either.
