I tried to come into the store yesterday (Friday) as it says they don’t close till 9pm but the store was being locked up at 5: 30pm. Even the lady at the store was confused when I stayed online they don’t close til 9pm

Can someone fix the times because I wasted a trip there for no reason

Waited at this store that was wide open for 20 minutes, no one in the store, yelled out hello multiple times, left to go to another centre for the key cutting I needed done

Went in to change my watch bands and the man behind the counter greeted me with a smile and some of the best service I have had. Got it done in 5 mins and charged me a low price. Definitely recommend

Got my bangle engraved here. The quality of the engraving is not great. The letters aren’t even and many have been done over twice creating a shadowing effect. Some letters aren’t fully completed. Also the inside of the bangle has been scratched all around. It is a brand new bangle brought the day I dropped it off, so there was definitely no scratches before hand. Given this was done by a machine and not by hand I’m confused how it turned out so bad.

I want it fixed but I won’t be trusting this place to do so. I wish I’d thought to check the reviews here before and only hope this helps others.

SHOCKING SERVICE
I go in at 5pm, they close at 5: 30. Wanted my granddaughters bangle engraved, it’s flat & not round, the rude woman tells me she’s closing in half hour sorry she cannot do as she’s not experienced enough! She told me to go to Werribee to get this done! Are you kidding me? ! What kind of a service is this redirecting me to smother suburb!
I’m furious. How unprofessional.
Do not go there for engraving.
I wanted 7 letters done that’s it. Why is this inexperienced rude woman working there?
Lost my business I am disgusted

Brought my watch to replace the battery but returned it with a broken watch instead.very disappointed.

Competitive pricing in their products. Service is excellent and the owner is very lovely to assist us in programming our new remote control for garage door. Highly recommended!

Took a bracelet to get engraved wasn't impressed with the engraving. The engraving was done in a machine and the quality wasn't good at all. What a waste of $20. Will not return for future engraving. Very disappointed!

I took a G Shock watch there to have the battery replaced- since then (3 days ago) the watch has now incurred water damage.

I contacted the store to advise them, they then in turn advised me that once a battery is replaced there is no waterproof guarantee. I advised the watch hasn’t been submerged and has been simply splashed, to which they advised “that too”. I was never advised of any of this, and due to their negligence in advice and service has caused water damage to a $300+ watch. The owner has poor accountability and was not apologetic of the negligence of his team at all.
