Imran did a fantastic job removing a chain from my new handbag and then added a clip so it could be used if wanted and removed when wanted. Imran is keen to assist in every way.

Went there to get a key cut that I would supply, didn't want to know me because I didn't get the key from him (motorcycle key) he wouldn't cut it. He also said he didn't know the key's material so wouldn't cut it! If he was going to do the job he was going to charge me $38: 00 just to cut it. No longer than 5 minutes, what a rip off!

Quite rudely was told that watch batteries take time to be changed when I arrived 15 minutes before closing (attendant was on a laptop at the time). Wasn't the first time being treated rudely either, so won't ever go back nor recommend, for anything Mr Minit do try Keyed Right Locksmiths in Main St instead, really lovely woman served me there & was also much cheaper!

Brought my partners g shock watch in for a new band, took a day or 2 because the band was a little too big. Instead of leaving it because it wouldn’t go in, decided to completely destroy the back of the watch. Looked all good when I picked it up. The second he tried to put it on, it showed the true damage. Unfortunately what they broke can’t just be replaced so will be costing us the price of a new watch now as it is unrepairable. Save your money an go elsewhere.

Fantastic service! I needed a new car key cut. Travis had the job done in 15 minutes. We encountered an issue (not fault of Mister Minit's) and Travis went over and above to fix it for me so everything worked smoothly. He wouldn't take a tip for all his extra hard work, saying he wouldn't overcharge me for the job and that "sometimes a bit of back and forth is required".
A one year guarantee was included with my key!
Highly recommend Mister Minit Pakenham.

Got a key cut. Person that helped me was sighing a bunch when looking at my broken key as if it can't be done. 30 seconds later without much hassle the key was cut. Why sigh and start off on a not so great foot if it can actually be done. Worst $8.95 I spent (which I thought was expensive)

Dec20. Operator is unwilling or unable to follow basic written instruction.
Requested dog tag engraving with name and phone number. On order sheet wrote both in block capitals, wrote 'block letters please', and referenced sample tag on the tags board. Operator wrote both in cursive, name in upper and lower case. When I would not accept tag he advised that another Operator would need to engrave it.
Contacted Customer service who advised replacement tag would be provided as per specification.
Returned to kiosk and same Operator advised would take several days to complete as other Operator not working for few days. Wrote another order sheet as per first order.
Returned today to collect new tag. Animals name in block capitals, however, phone number on obverse again engraved in cursive around edge of tag and difficult to read. Operators comment: Wasn't that what you wanted?
Simple 'while you wait' job stretched over a week, involving unnecessary return trips to collect still faulty job. I'll either get it done right somewhere else or get a set of letter & number stamps and do it myself.
Regarding this business: Save time.money and frustration by avoiding them at all costs. Why is there a 'no star' option for service of this standard?

One of the guys told me that he can't fix the boot's heels. But I fixed in another shoe's repair shop. I was going to support this local small business. But they didn't care.
