So happy with these guys. ROBIN is absolutely lovely and was so friendly and understood everything I asked for. I got some keys rings and with engravings keys cut and also purchased a beautiful pen set and also got that engraved. He looked after me and even gave me a discount cause I bought so much. Thanks again will always come to u guys.

Very good value and the person working there knows what they are doing. They even came to the car to test and fix the key buttons.
One feedback is to get more staff because the one man armed shop is technically buffering when the one staff is busy or testing the key for a car that is parked outside.

As I wanted to leave yesterday, my car key broke. Replacing it and replacing the case was difficult, as the previous car owner must have glued the chip onto the old casing. Mister Minit went out of his way to help us and managed to solve the problem. He was friendly and professional and did not even charge us extra for the additional work he had to do. Many thanks, you literally saved our day!

Great customer service, whether you need shoes repairs, or watch battery replaced, or even engraving! Such a friendly guy and he does a great job, quickly and at a good price!

"Sharpened" my knives blunted them more like it had to go and get them done again when I went to get my money back from the guy he didn't even argue the point because they knew the job was wrong.

Ive been their customer years and years ago and im truly satisfied with their services (keys, watches, shoes, belts, remotes, etc.not a single problem) i did several referrals for them and recommended their store to most of my friends/relatives within the area.special shout out to Robin who runs the place.he's very reliable and honest when it comes to customer service.

Been here a few times now and I must say their knowledge of their trade and customer service is excellent.

I lost the key with remote for my toyota kluger and hasn't had much luck in getting the replacement keys with remote. Luckily I had the spare (without remote) so I was not in hurry. Every key maker sounded to me as they wanted to cash this opportunity and would always quote me double the price (that I got with Mister Minit). Recently I saw a post of them on facebook so I sent a message. I got response from Robin. The response was quick and the price he quoted was not only half of what others were quoting, but was also very reasonable. On top, he also offered that if the remote wont work, I wont have to get the key and wont pay anything. Others, on the other hand, would say if the remote wont work, they ll still charge me $50-$70 for efforts and the duplicate key.
I went and received great service. My key was programmed and tested with in 30 minutes and for half the price.
Amazing service, very responsive, professional, highly skilled and very reasonable prices. In future, for any service (as they do more things other than key programming / cutting), they ll be my first go to place.
