Mister Minit Lansell Square Kangaroo Flat

Asked to have a key corrected. This was a key I had purchased and had cut elsewhere but was not working. Mister Minit made some alterations on the machines for me. When I asked "how much? ", the lovely worker said it was free of charge. Not very often you get that these days!

The staff at Mister Minit are always so friendly and helpful. I use their shoe and bag repair services, and they take time to look over items and chat about the repairs.

Twice I have used services of Mr Minit in Lansell Square. First time for new battery in a car key. Second time to cut keys for my house sitter when I was heading interstate for a holiday.
The car key battery worked first time. After that.run out of charge. Was interstate and had to have another battery placed in the key.
The two keys I got cut did not work, as my house sitter contacted me to say she could not access my apartment, nor my plants and goldfish. Again interstate, I had a new key cut at my local hardware, sent it by express post, and a week later, my house sitter could enter the apartment.
I phoned head office of Mr Minit, and little interest taken. Was told some one would contact me, but yet to hear anything.
BTW, key cut at Mr Minit was $8 each. Key cut at hardware, $3. Similar for car key battery.
Won't be going back to Mr Minit.

Now, getting a watch battery replaced should be a rather straightforward process, don’t you think? Never, ever, ever get a watch battery replaced at Mister Minit, Lansell Plaza. A $30 watch battery replacement ended up costing me $280 due to the damage this guy (apparently the owner of the establishment) did to my watch. When I rang up to complain he was completely unreasonable. He should not being offering a service that he is not capable of. When I took my watch to be repaired at the watchmaker in Bendigo the lady there told me that it wasn’t the first time someone had come in to have an item repaired after a mishap at Mister Minit, Lansell Plaza. Notorious. You have been warned.
