No watch repairers would replace my watch keeper, only replace the band.

This guy made me a new one. No problems. Absolute legend and saved my watch's life.

I did some key cutting. Work is good.but prices are expensive comparing with other shops in Dandenong market.

Avoid at all costs!

I took my european watch in for a simple battery replacement. Upon picking it up, I was told that it 'had no heartbeat' and would need to be sent off to a specialist! This was going to cost upwards of $80.

Seeking a second opinion, I took it to my local watch shop in Heathmont and was informed by them that the case / cover that holds the battery had been broken and had been caused by whoever had last attempted to change the battery.

Not only did Mister Minit's staff member's reckless handling damage my watch.he outright lied to me and was willing to charge me for the repair he caused!

I have been going here for a long time and consistently receive top quality service! I have all of my shoe repairs done, watch batteries and keys cut; all with very personable interaction, top quality & quick time frames.

I took my boots in and this lady promised me that she would change my shoe laces, clean, re-sole, and put leather interior in for $120.when i picked them up, nothing was done except for patching the shoe sole. (horrible quality)
i was very upset and they wouldn't give my money back.

Awful costumer service, just awful in general.
