Pet tag was engraved unclearly. Wasn’t given another one or refund. I was treated badly today. I would give you a 0 if could. Poor customer service.

Keep away the guy there is arrogant and rude.

Came in with a camper trailer key was told by 4 other locksmiths don't have the key as it's a Chinese import key. The guy working there tried a very similar key style as it was a 'possibility' to open the barrel to unlock. Offered a refund if no luck, and bang it worked!

Today i went to keilor down central plaza to Mr. Minute to ask if they could change my battery on my expensive watch. It was done immediately without hesitation, i am one happy customer. Had keys cut for a rental property and had to go back to have them fixed.
They open at 9 am and I was there at 9: 05 am.
The guys said: " Don't come at 9 am I'm never here".
Well guess what.going somewhere else then.

When i arrived man was watching a movie and slowly came to serve me. 5 days later my flip key broke again and the key battery died even though he said he put a new one in.

Very poor customer service. Male employee would rather chat on the phone and tell customers to come back in 10 minutes. Not at all happy.

Recently had a watch battery replaced here, fantastic friendly service, answered all my questions and quick only took 15 minutes. Watch works fantastic and keeps time perfectly.

Expensive to cut keys, guys couldn’t care less if you cut it with them or not. Eg key costs $18 to cut it $30? Actually $35 but for you $30.

The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable while assisting me with finding some inserts for my sons shoe and quick at cutting me another house key! Great experience all in all.

Can't seem to cut a simple key or take a barrel apart for internal repair.told me to go to a locksmith.
