Charged $40 to cut a car key and I supplied the blank. Not a fancy newer key, a standard older key, $40 just for the cut.
Avoid this place into receivership if you can.

My partner took my watch in for a new battery and when it was returned the clasp was broken. Took it back giving them the opportunity to fix it and it’s worse. My partner was told it might need a new one even though it was perfect before dropping off. Recommend for key cutting only.

Lovely family business, friendly and personable to deal with, & did a top quality job on my shoes.

Hopeless. At first I thought they'd be great. Polite friendly staff. Was told 3 days to replace zip on a boot. Then told another 1 day. Then another 2 days. Then said they would call me. Can't call them as their phone doesn't work so have to go in every time to follow up. Waited another week, no call. Went in, was told "oh you didn't come in to pick them up", was handed boots, not fixed. Told they needed another 2 days! Took boots to take somewhere else. Not good.
Edit: I called as per below, was told someone would call me back, received no callback. So the replies they leave are just hot air.

Emilo can fix anything, I've been going to him for years with bags, shoes, favourite belts and keys I can use with disabled hands. Prolonged use of all my favourite things, helped the planet and saved lots of money repairing things. Thanks heaps your awesome

Left an item with the old bloke 3 days later was told come back and PROMISED would be done when i returned.then 14 days later that promise hasn't even started so PROMISED again it would be done end of trading that day.
Well well yet again to my disappointment he still hadn't started on my item?
so now i need somewhere that can deliver and dont need to promise todo a job im paying for!

Dropped a pair of shoes in on Sunday afternoon that needed the heels replaced. Told him I’d come back the following day at lunch time. Arrived lunch time Monday, shoes still not done. He asked how long I’d be here for, I told him I’d come back later that afternoon. Came back at 5pm, shoes still not done. Said he’d been really busy but both times I approached the desk he was sitting there on his phone. Had to wait 30 minutes while he fixed them on the spot. Not even an apology and still charged me full price. I will not be returning.

26/11/21 about 1220. Brought my garage remote as it was not working. Gave to the man asked him to check what is the problem. He said give him a minute. I decided to give me sometime and went to buy some groceries. Returned after 15 min and he was drinking tea. He saw me and only then started to work on my remote. He changed the battery which I had changed before this and it was still not working, and he just wiped the motherboard with a tissue. Then came to me and asked me if I wanted to buy another remote for 50 dollars. I said if my remote is working I don’t want to buy a new one. He then charged me 24.95 dollars. I said what was the problem, he said battery. He charged me 24.95 to change the battery! That is exorbitant. Very poor communication, customer service.

Took in a pair of my favourite suede boots as the heels needed fixing. The older European man who served me was just amazing.

We discussed what I needed and ended up adding new soles as well as I love my boots and want them to last.

Service was wonderful, the job was expertly done and they were ready on the day we discussed them being ready!

Poor service. Took my money but didn't fix my shoes. They broke after the first wear. The leather has been ruined too. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst thing I ever done is give my shoes to be repaired, after a month and a half of taking them back to fix up there mistakes the shoes r ruined, never take good shoes or in fact anything to them again.

Who wants to deal with a car key pad that doesn’t work right after Christmas- no it wasn’t the battery that would have made life to easy- yet this wasn’t a problem for these guys - they did a great job - even going to the car to ensure that the key pad was programmed correct - thanks guys your service was awesome if I could give you more then five stars I would

Didn't hate the place, customer service was poor. Had to attend 3 times to collect my shoes after a previous repair had fallen apart from their previous work. They had my shoes over 2 weeks. Wouldn't call them Mister Minit would call them Mister Weeks. Will not be going back to this shoe repair business.

Twice I have shoes repaired there snd they have not been ready for pick up at the stated time. Today I went to collect one as a result only to discover that it's closed for Melbourne Cup. The reason I wanted the shoe.

If you have a good experience here You got lucky! He has a strick NO REFUNDS Policy, They failed to program an immobiliser for my car and Overcharged me, They even suggested I sell my car! After Begging and mentioning the Ombudsman I eventually got a refund The Same thing happened to a friend lately. I took my car to Locksmart In less than 30mins I left with a working quality Immobiliser and $30 Cheaper!?

What a sour faced rude arrogant unhelpful person. Asked if i could buy missing part for garage remote and was told no you will need a new one, so bought the one he suggested. Got home took the old one apart put a 5c piece in and all set. Went back told him i did not need the new one as i fixed my old one which he said i couldnt. Told me no refunds.very rude unhappy man. Will never use his business again and will tell family and friends never to go to him. So rude. Wants customers thats no way to treat people.
