Brought a Merlin remote for our garage door, didn't last a month without it no longer working. When attempting to change the battery the remote fell apart. Explained that to the manager and he was quick to say "it is your fault". Even though multiple reviews on this product state they had the same experience. It is also very disappointing when you try and support local business's and they charge you $99.95 for a product yet could have gone to bunnings and bought the exact same remote for $52.43 and would have received better customer service. Will NEVER be going to this store again.

Went in to replace the battery in my old sports watch, was served by the most apathetic, unhelpful man to ever work in retail. Asked to have the inner crystal polished and he looked at me as if I asked him to do a flip through a fiery hoop.

$23 to replace a battery is an absolute rip off as well.

Was charged $23 to replace a watch battery (including the new battery). I think this service is overpriced, will do it on my own next time. However, the man did it fast and was polite.

The worker scratched 2 of my links. Then instead of putting the correct rolex pin in he hammered a different pin in. Leaving the pin put 1mm on the outside.

When the owner was asked to resolve this. Hie didn't have any accountability and told me to wait 2hrs. I would expect that they would take care with nice watch, also family heirloom. So really dissatisfied won't be back

Terrible engraving on a silver locket. Would take my keys there to get cut but that is about it. Ruined gift and feeling very sad. Will post a pic after the gift has been given.

Great guy, had a watch band change I couldn't do myself, he sorted it out within 30 mins and for only 10 bucks! Awesome

Got battery changed for expensive surf watch. Wore it in the water a week later now watch is ruined. Wasn't interested. Do NOT recommend!

Went in after getting a new watch and lost the pin for it after 2.5 seconds trying to make the band smaller, the man was very kind and helped me adjust it until it fit perfectly:)
