Customer service was so lovely!

I had replaced some batteries in my watches and I couldn’t get the backing to pop back on. I came here wondering if they could help me and they were so kind about it. James in particular was really careful with my watches and super helpful and friendly, along with his coworker.

I’ll definitely come back if I need any fresh batteries or keys cut in the future. Thank you for your help!

Had lost my car key before Xmas and had a new one cut today and my key programmed, to my car. It only took one hour and the new key works perfectly, where I have put it on a green lanyard. All was performed at a very reasobable price" as i couldn't afford my car dealers qoute 'So

I found that mister minit at epping plaza unrealiable, still waiting for a ph call regarding engraving i needed done on a xmas present, 2 staff members that were there wern't confident in doing it so said the other lady that comes in will b able 2 do it, they were supp 2 give me a call the next day when she was in i had 2 call them 2 b told shes not in 2 day but will b in 2 morrow again was supp 2 call me and they didnt, webt past the stall that day 4 of the staff members standing there, i'd org 2 have it dobe at epping on time servicess they couldn't have been any more helpful than what they were and quick service know where 2 go next time for sure.

Only went in for a watch adjustment but Darren’s friendly personality made it a short and sweet encounter. One of those places where you can tell they care about the service they provide.

Broke my omega Seamaster when changing the battery, was working before this but they somehow ripped the stem out, go somewhere else.

Hi, I'd like to thank Kalem from Mister Minit car key at epping plaza for his professional skills working to fix my mitsubishi key today.

Went in today just to replace the buttons on my commodore key fob, asked just to replace buttons and case only, got told he couldn't do that and he needed to replace the mother board and reprogram $100 to do the job, went across the road to Repco baught the case and buttons and screw drivers needed to do the job cost be under $30 and took me five minutes.

Eric was fantastic. I needed a new car key cut. My original key was old and somewhat worn and Eric took a great deal of time and care in making sure it was just right and worked properly. He also repaired a metal watch band so now it won't fall off! I certainly recommend him.

Eric from Mister Minit made my life easy, helped me get 2 of my watches fixed in tip top time he was very nice and a happy person and very friendly. If you need your watch to your keys fixed Mister Minit is the spot. Thanks guys for the service!

Got a set of keys cut for my new place in Thomastown, go to use my flyscreen key that i had copied and it doesnt even work, do not use this place, absolutely annoyed.

Came to Mister Minit on 17th of January 2020 in the morning to get a bracelet engraved. The gentleman who served me was super helpful, and made sure everything was correct before he went ahead with the engraving. Will definitely be coming back in the future:)

Thank you the quick repair on my necklace! Jewellers wanted to send it away for repairs and would have to wait 10-14 days. Mr Minit did it in less than 30 seconds and didn’t charge me for it! Thank you again!
