Mister Minit Endeavour Hills

I have been using this place for the past year for a number of things and always get fantastic service. Always with a smile and absolutely friendly. A special thank you to Erin for her beautiful way of making you feel like your her only customer! And to Caiden at my recent visit who was just as amazing. Keep it up guys you are all amazing. I would recommend this particular Mister Minit to everyone.

I posted this a year ago and the wonderful young lady working here turned me into a fan of this particular Mister Minit.
Great job.
Today I returned for some more shoe issues, the same lady is still there and was still as lovely and helpful as ever. She doesn't just do her job, she gives advice and options and make it easy.
I have heard that this store might get new owners in the future, if that is to be the case, I do hope the new owners keep the lady here, she is a great asset to any business.

Erin was very friendly and helped me with my issues with my keys and stayed after she wasnt meant to finish to help me with my issue

Tried to get a small tag engraved 2 hours before closing time and the response I received was “I don’t have time, I would have to get out the engraving machine”.

I was so upset with the service of this lady I worked all day I live with my mother she lost her key I did everything I could to make it with enough time to get a key cut just one! I arrived at the store as I ran! And got there at 5: 25pm and the store is meant to close at 5: 30! And she very rudely said no that she needs to go! I was devastated! And exhausted puffed out she shouldn’t be closing the store till 5: 30pm! Like it says! Absolutely thoughtless lady. Sorry.

I had some engraving dropped it off in the afternoon and picked in the morning and the quality was really good and well priced

After feeling like I’d been misled by the trading hours of this store that weren’t updated online and the stressful run around due to lockdown to get some keys cut and new garage remotes after moving houses, my day was saved by Doug! On my 3rd attempt at attending this store Doug provide 10/10 service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to have my garage remotes ordered in, notified me when they arrived & programmed them for me when I had trouble doing it myself. He provided all the info needed regarding the model of the remotes and garage motor and I couldn’t be more happier and grateful for his very professional, efficient and polite service. Doug got the job done superbly. Highly recommended. The shop is lucky to have you. Thanks a bunch again. Will be back. Cheers!

Customer service from Erin was excellent. Wasn't able to accomodate my request onsite, however they took my cup to another store to fulfil it. Engraving was excellent and done earlier than expected.

Totally professional service.
Doug and Jess went out of their way to provide superb service.
They promptly fixed the key and code for my car.

Fantastic experience. Went in to get watch links removed, the person in store removed an even number on both sides (which is what I asked for), I paid and left. During the day I felt that I made the wrong choice so I went back and asked for one link to be moved to the other side. Same person was happy to do it on the spot. Very friendly throughout both visits and quite quick too. Highly recommended!

Im really really over the moon with the quality of workmanship that was put into fitting new souls on my addidas shoes.
I was able to pick them up 24 hours after dropping them off and they cost me $50 to repair both sneakers which I thought was very reasonable.
The amazing person who served me also explained that they have a 6 month warranty and assured me that the glue will last the life of the soul.
I wish now that I had taken photos of what they looked like before so people can appreciate the way they are now.
If you are reading this review please no that I litterally walked out of the shopping centre with these shoes on and so this is why the souls in the photos may apear as though they are dusty/worn and not new when in fact they are brand new and amazing.

I had these shoes repaired on the 26/06/19 and so unless you see an update of this review the shoes are still doing amazing.

To the gentleman who served me thankyou very much and I can only suggest advertising this service somewhere as I know more people would repair their shoes if they were more aware of this service.
I will be making an extra effort to come here in the future when I need anything done that is a service offered by Mr Minit and the good man that served me!

The glass on my watch broke, i went to mister minit in endeavour hills to get it fixed. It was half the price that the jewler quoted and the staff there were knowledgeable and reassuring!

Took my watch for a new battery when I got it back water started coming through. When I took it back 2 days later and suggested he broke a seal I was told that it was my fault and I had submerged it in water when all I do is wear it in the shower like I was doing before they changed the battery. Was told bad luck. Never going back again!
