Quoted me $250 to fix a mazda key, went to another locksmith. 80 dollars later all fixed.staff shouldnt have been a rude rick dude.but how you do anything is how you do everything.seriously bad customer service.very disapointing.staff and the brand need to do better.

I brought my great grandfather's watch in to have the band tightened, and they spent 20 minutes diligently working at a nearly impossible band. When they got it, they charged me next to nothing for the time spent! And then they had a good chat with me recommending places next time I'm in Tasmania. Would highly recommend these people - they're trustworthy, reliable, cheap and friendly!

My wife went to get a duplicate garage door remote, and was then persuaded to purchase a different type to the one she presented.
When it turned out to be an incompatible item she returned the next day, package unopened, and was refused a refund by the same man that had sold her the remote the previous day with the reason that if he refunded the item his boss would sack him.
Reading some of the one star reviews here, it would appear that these boys like to take advantage of women.

Very not happy with the service, If there is any rate below 1 star I would choose it.
I brought a Longchamp backpack to this store to replace the zip because it missed the pull tab (the slider was working okay). It’s been there for a few months, the guy said he’s already ordered the zip but because of delivery delay, it hasn’t arrived yet, he explained he needs a right size of zip, as what he has instore doesn’t fit the backpack. My house near Eastland so I go there quite often, I did asked him many times, but same answer all the time. Until today, after few months, he return the backpack to me and said, he got my number, will call me when he got the right zip delivered. That’s fine with me, anyway, when I looked at it, the original zip was gone, his wrong size zip was there but doesn’t work. When I asked him to give me back the original zip he said it’s broken, without any sorry, and he removed his notworking zip out of my backpack. His attitude is not reasonable, his response is like nothing happened. I think at least he can say sorry, I would understand, everyone makes mistake.

Kind of overpriced, or on the high side to say the least - $10 to repair a $30 dog tug toy (took 3 minutes), $42, - for a watch band, which was first $27, - in another size, $9 plus dollars for a carkey battery (without installing it, because that would have cost $47,50, $30 to glue a very old sports shoe sole that came off clean - just a bit uncomfortable

Also took my watch here to adjust the strap, instead o repairing it, it's now stuffed up. Have to take my watch elsewhere for repair. Also I think good, professional and friendly communication is much needed here.

I’ve been going to Rob and his team for all my shoe repairs for years. They are great at what they do and honestly trustworthy.
Recently I went to a different cobbler that was closer to my home and they couldn’t fix my boots, made the trip to Rob and as expected they where able to fix the boots good as new with in one day.
Best cobbler I’ve ever had and alway worth the extra drive.
Thank you Rob for always fixing my shoes.

I like an honest sole trader working hard on their business. A simple watch repair may be more costly than the watch however this gentleman replaced teh battery and gave it a good clean.

Price was also reasonable and with a smile.

Took a bit longer than expected to get a second car key done, but the blokes were polite, professional and accommodating, particularly because they were very busy. They were also very nice to my two boys, who appreciate kindness. Thank you for your help.

Quoted me $25 to change car key over but then charged me $90 claiming it was because I didn’t buy a genuine key case. The case turned out to be identical and did not need to be a genuine one. Highway robbery. Also…. Claimed my old key wouldn’t work but still works perfectly.

Took my watch in to have the glass replaced after two positive battery experiences. Really unimpressed. I got the watch back and within a few hours the glass popped off. Took it back to have it redone, and it’s had bits of dirt and grime in it and the casing has been scratched up. I trusted them to do a decent job after I’d had an alright experience with them previously. Not only am I going to have to go somewhere else to have them do it again, I’ve now got an expensive watch with scratches all over it. To top it all off, when dealing with the two there I feel like I had my reasoning questioned the whole time, as though I’m in the wrong for questioning why a perfectly functional watch now is now playing up. Would not recommend, even for a $5 watch. You can see the scratches in the attached photo, and the grime left in the watch above the 3.

Took in my daughters lighter to be refilled and had to stand and watch how this guy at the kiosk dealt with the growing number of people waiting to be served. He was pretty impressive! Polite and efficient and worked so fast at the various tasks given! I was doubly impressed by how he handled some loud and rude people without being rude back. Oh yes and he dealt with me just as professionally and efficiently as he handled everyone else. I learned alot through watching him. He was lovely indeed!

My husband had his good shoes repaired, they stuffed them, took them back to be fixed but instead they they just repolished the damage!

The friendly and amazingly helpful team at this store helped fix some really poor quality engraving. They were attentive and kind. I can not recommend this business enough. The engraving they did was stunning. I cannot express how happy I am with all the service I have received at this store. Highly recommend!

After two days of attempting to phone and just having it ring out, I contacted Mr Minit at Doncaster and was answered straight away. If you do not want to answer your phone how can customers check to see if you offer the service they require?

To the wonderful man at mister minit thank you so much for the beautiful job of engraving you did for me but mostly for your sweet gift of an engraved dinosaur key ring for my crying 3 yr old! I was shocked and touched by this lovely gift. Have never had a bad job here, would recommend to anyone.
