Got my car keys cut for 55 dollars. Very fast (~20min) and friendly service. Takes cash or card. Wear a mask because indoors.

Needed a car key cut today without electronics in it. The person at Mister Minit Cranbourne Park was so helpful, professional and courteous that I highly recommend this store to anyone needing a key cut or any other product that is in his store. I had an unfortunate experience with the person that cuts keys opposite the Harris Scarfe store in Cranbourne Park - that person was really rude and unhelpful as well as being dishonest about where I could get a key cut nearby.
So if you need a key cut take the extra walk down the aisle to the far end to Mister Minit and you won't be sorry you did - very nice person to deal with as well as getting what you want.

Had 2 keys cut here for my cars and the work they do is magnificent, quick service, fair pricing. What more can you ask for

This review is a little late. I had a car key issue and Evan was so helpful to organise me a key ASAP. I can’t recommend this place enough and Evan is so helpful and accomodating. If you have any car key problems this is the place to go

My partner and I recently had a bracelet engraved and he had basically ruined it. With very poor engraving skills as per photo while also acknowledging the poor work while failing to provide any assistance. Took it down to the other engraver outside of Harris Scarf and he was able to polish the bracelet and re-engrave it to a very high standard. Will never use this company again. Very unprofessional

Had Evan fix my wedding shoes for me. And he did a fantastic job and took so much care in doing so. Customer service was excellent! Highly recommend his service. Thank you again we will be back to have some engraving done for the wedding also.

The two staff were super polite, I was really fussy with my watch adjustment but they were nothing but brilliant. I know where I'll be coming next time:)

No customer service at all to say the least.
Needed new cell for my watch, got new cell put in, didnt bother to set date day or time, watch needed pressure test, which wasn't performed. Not happy.

I had my car key repaired and a replacement made today at mister minit cranbourne.l was extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend mister minit cranbourne to everyone, nothing was to much trouble, a very friendly, efficient and positive experience.

Unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience at Mister Minit Cranbourne yesterday, that left me quite shocked and appalled, that I feel a review is necessary. Evan was extremely rude, refused to sell me my engraved item and pointed me on my way all because I questioned the price (after I had purchased the exact same item, with the exact same engraving a week earlier at Fountain Gate). He belittled me and tried to make me out to be a liar. If someone is after Mister Minit services, I highly recommend Fountain gate instead- the staff are friendly and charge HALF the price. I now have a receipt to prove it, Evan.

Evan has been very helpful with my engraving today, always providing service with a smile and at a very cheap rate. He is a very talented at his job.

Took my bag to Mister Minit.he was so obliging and helpful and fixed my bag.if he couldn't do it to his satisfaction he was not going to charge. It came back fabulously. Highly recommend this man. The other Rapid Shoe was not helpful at all and wouldn't even touch the job! Great work Mister Minit! I'll be back!

Had a fantastic experience with this kiosk key cutting and shoe repair service.
I've been having such a issue finding a new key for my nissan elgrand.
Until I got a new key key cut with this shop.
30 mins late and a couple bucks I was on my way with a new key.
The fella behind the counter had a great duty of care
And fantastic Costmer service.
