Mister Minit Chirnside Park

Needed a new key for my Ranger as the bar fell off, they ended up carving the bar to replicate one of my spare keys was completely different to the existing key.
I was then unable to turn my keys in my car I didn’t have time to get it fixed straight away as it was closing time went back the next day someone else helped me and ended up making the key able to turn my barrel but made the bar to big so was not able to actually fold my key into its self lasted about 2 months and it fell out again!
ended up going to Ringwood mister minit to fix it and they did it free of charge and said the craftsmanship was very poor anyone looking to get keys fixed just go to a real locksmith that knows what they’re doing

Although they have been understaffed and thus not always able to assist immediately, Mister Minit Chirnside Park have always shown professionalism having great skill & determination to ensuring a good result.

Asked to get a ring engraved over the phone and not only was he weird and making jokes to make me look stupid but when i went to a different mister limit he said it wasn’t engravable because of the material even though the chirnside guy said it was.so either he lied or has no idea what he’s doing

Couldn’t recommend this store enough - customer service and help was phenomenal. The employees always go above and beyond for a customer - incredibly helpful - will be a regular customer now!

Took 5 months for a replacement key for Holden Commodore. When I asked for a refund of my deposit I was refused. A week later my key arrived. He used my old key piece in the remote and did not cut a new key. Poor service indeed.

The guy said couldn't make a good copy with the key I had to copy from, so I went home grabbed my other car key so could make a good copy and said he would be able to cut it with a better key

He then cut the new sti subaru key I supplied and damaged and cut one whole side of the new key off, then tryd to then tell me it was my fault like I was the person cutting the key my self took 25mins for him to refund me the blank 88$ sti key that I supplied
Now I have to buy a new one and wait weeks for it to arrive!

Great Service and very friendly and helpful person!
I gave him to do three jobs house key, watch battery and car key remote battery and i was in hurry, he has done it very quickly for me in order to not miss my Bus.

I brought my watch for battery replacement and he has done it very quickly and very good customer service and very friendly guy and i will definitely go back.

Very poor service when I went to get a replacement key cut for my car. After getting an original key cut that set of the car alarm it took another 3 organised visits before some one was available to prepare a key that would work and then charged $30 more than was quoted by his staff. Wanted a refund instead but Mir said that as the key opened the car it worked, regardless that it set off the car alarm and refused a refund. The whole experience was very disappointing and if Mir treats all his customers like this I doubt if Mr Minit is going to be around in Chirnside Park for much longer.

I had a very old worn out key and when i took it to a couple of places they did not have the right key shape when i went to mister minit i got a new key cut straight away and it work just like new.

Hayden at Mister Minit in Chirnside Park is affable, knowledgeable, and really cares about his work. Visiting him at Mister Minit is a no brainer.

Very rude employee. I wanted a new battery in my watch, their price $26.95. Absolute ripoff. Had it done elsewhere for $15. Now I know why there are never any customers there.

Have been here a number of times and have never had anything to complain about! Very knowledgeable service and always happy to have a chat. I often enjoy stopping and chatting about my recent purchases and have any questions answered.
