My expensive vintage custom made riding boots needed to be resoled & they have been revitalised to as new condition. I am over the moon with the repairs that were done, the materials sourced for the repairs, professionalism, communication & price for the work done. Very happy with the result and service I received on a watch link adjustment with Brayden. I had trouble with a local jeweller being able to adjust the links, but I spoke with Brayden over the phone initially and then took my watch in to see him. I’m very happy. Thank you

I dropped boots.off at about 3pm today expecting to wait a few days for my boots to have new heels. I recieved a tex a couple of hours later saying they were ready for pickup. I was so impressed with the service and the heels look amazing. Thankyou

I dropped a pair of boots in for some extensive repairs and was told they'd be ready in a few days. I was surprised to get a text just a few hours later to say my - practically rebuilt - boots were ready to pick up. Amazing, considering how busy the guys were. Dropped of shoes to have new soles, was told it may take a couple of days but got a text later the same day to tell me they were finished.
When picking them up, the guy told me what they’d done, explained a couple of things and said if there’s any issue, just bring them back. Great service.

Biggest ripoff place ever. Tried to change $20 to replace $5 battery in my car fob (key). They replace it at aurobarn for $5 and takes about 20 seconds.

Other similar traders in bendigo take note. These guys know their stuff and understand customer Service.i tried Adam after bad or incorrect advice and poor customer service ethics from multiple similar businesses around bendigo. Paid a bit extra but came away with exactly what I needed and felt satisfied.save yourself frustration. Go see this guy first.
