Very very poor customer service asked me am I on drugs after my keys screws fell out 1 week after getting the new key for my car proceeded to not believe me and said someone has taken them out very poor service will not recommend this place very rude never going back!

I do not reccomend this place at all.
After I had noticed my watch's battery had died, I took it to get replaced at this store. After the man replaced it, the dial was broken and it was not broken previous to this. With hopes he would be able to fix it, the man decided it was not his issue and claimed it was broken previous to this.
Horrible customer service, would not advice getting anything fixed here

He doesn't have any idea about customer service, so rude and his shoe repair terrible. Ripping off. How this people can work without experiences.

Mister Minit is a great little place. I had a couple of items that I had trouble with and went there to see if they could help. The Mister Minit guy was brilliant and helped me with all his heart, even when I didn't purchase anything from him. A real life saver this place and deserving of 5 stars.

Miscommunication.

I asked guy to change my shoe laces to which he replied he is busy. I said no problem you can have 10 to 15 min of time to which he agreed and when I came back to collect he apologised. I said to you can have half and hour more and he agreed but when I came back I got disappointed.

Note: I didn’t insist him to change I asked him and gave a reasonable time to which he agreed.

Best customer service ever. I was in a hurry but needed work done on my shoes. He was so helpful and did a great job.

Mehmet, was amazing! He was so helpful with my car remotes. He went above and beyond to help me and made sure that my car key batteries were working! I bought batteries from Safeway thinking that they work fine but the don’t! They were completely dead and me thinking I need to replace my car remotes completely. Mehmet, checked them and yep they were completely dread! He saved me from spending $1500 at Mazda on two keys! He is a life saver! Highly recommend him!

About 6 weeks ago, I visited Mr. Minit in Airport West and received the best customer service I have ever experienced.

The remote key to my car stopped working and meant I had to unlock my car with the key manually. I called into Mr. Minit just before closing! The owner, immediately checked the battery and found the remote was no longer functioning. I asked if I could leave it with him as he was closing shop and pick it up at another time that suited him.

He offered to do it then and there! He truly went above and beyond after hours and even came outside in the rain to reset my remote to save the trouble of me coming back in the next day!

I am very thankful for the exceptional service I received and will definitely be returning!

Excellent service. I went to another place and they said its too hard to fix my broken key. These guys took it on with a smile and had it sorted in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

The clasp on my watch would not lock in place, but the people here fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Also sorted me on leather care products I needed for my boots. Friendly, and excellent customer service. Will definitely come again.

RIP Off joint, charged nearly $10 per key cut then $9 extra charge to polish them, a ridiculous service which was not requested, total rip off, avoid this place!

Don't go to this place for engraving!
Cost me $120 to get 2 small plaques engraved, and didn't even stick them on the items. That was after he said he couldn't engrave the gifts I had because the surface wasn't perfectly flat. Went to another place just out of curiosity and they said they could do it. ‍️

Mehmet engraved my dad’s 70th birthday glass. I made a mistake in the phrase and needed a word added. He was so cool about it and went the extra mile without asking for anything in return. All this just minutes before closing time! Absolute legend, he has shown that awesome people still exist in this world. A+

I had been trying for a number of months to replace my 92 yr old Mum's 25 yr old remote control for her garage door!
We had tried several avenues, and it had become quite frustrating with even garage door specialists unable to help us.
It was suggested to me to contact Mehmet at Mister Minit Airport West. Well, I'm so glad I did! Mehmet did everything to solve the problem for us and it took no time at all for him to track down what we needed and have the remote operational and ready to go!
It was so easy after months of hearing.it's not possible!
Most importantly my Mum now feels safe!
