Excellent staff and easy process to register to have 5th Booster shot and painless shot by Doctor. Happily recommend.

Attended today for covid booster and flu vac. Easy to park close to the surgery. Wait time approx 20 minutes. Pleasant waiting area and welcoming receptionist. Vaccinations were administered efficiently; opportunity to seek further info, ask questions. Overall an easy, smooth experience.

At this stage i put in a request for some financial toward the upkeep of my home. I am a 91 year old Pensioner loving alone and can no longer maintain my home property to a reasonable standard.

As a new patient I experienced great service at the reception, very helpful and friendly staff, best practice firm.

Highly recommend Mission Healthcare. I rang them in sheer desperation to see my two daughters who were quite unwell and my usual GP is booked and they were more than happy to fit me in. They sent forms via text message to fill out prior which is great for busy Mums. The receptionist there was so kind and caring, and gave my girls a lollipop as they were so unwell and emotional whilst we waited. Dr Patel was very patient and thorough, and sent a prescription via text which was really convenient. Will definitely be using again.

I’ve used this clinic for two of my covid shots and have found them to be fast, friendly and efficient.

As a new patient I had great service, everything dealt with quickly and with care. Pathology all dealt with on-site and even got my Covid booster right away. Happy to keep coming here as my new doctor’s service.

Worst practice ever! Very unprofessional. Most of the doctors struggle to understand anything.
Have had appointments at 1.30 and dr doesn’t even walk into clinic until after 1.50!
Always in a hurry to rush you out, not taking into account as to what you need. Next time, next time is a common phrase.
People book appointments and are given less than 5 minutes.
Never again!

Mission Health were fantastic today when my son had an accident at school and required to urgently have a wound glued. The wait was minimal, and the care given to him was impeccable.

It was my first time seeing a GP in this town. I was worried they wouldn't see new patients but I was offered an appointment the very next day. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the doctor was thorough, listened to what I said and did not rush me. I will continue to use this clinic in the future.
