Bad customer service, the lady at the counter is so rude, disrespectful to me. Never come back

Ordered the beef pho. It came lukewarm so the noodles didn't feel that well cooked through. Thankfully the beef was. Overall not the tastiest Vietnamese in town but the service is great and helpful friendly staff

My friend and i came here for dinner and we had an absolutely lovely meal.i thoroughly enjoyed my lemongrass beef vermicelli salad (i saw it recommended and i’d definitely recommend it too!) and the chicken in the bao was nice and moist.servers were friendly and attentive; one double-checked with my friend that she meant to order two drinks just to be sure - so to me at least it seems they take on feedback, judging by the very average stars/reviews i saw before going (as service was mostly what garnered their average rating). If this is what i can expect from a “3.6 star” place, it’ll have me coming back no questions asked.

Ordered through DoorDash tonight and found a green stink bug cooked into the food. Absolutely Disgusting. Do not eat here

We have been ordering MissChu for a long time and always enjoyed it. But tonight, we discovered they have changed the disused and not for the best. They used to use quinoa and wild rice (still advertised as such) but now just normal rice; corn fritters used to be twice the size; smaller portions. Also tasteless and bland. Very disappointing.

I ordered takeaway from Miss Chu almost every week during the 2021 lockdowns. Fresh, delicious and a great price. Love the chicken bites so much!

Always a great experience at Misschu South Yarra. Ordering from the table makes it so easy to split bills and get exactly what you want when you want it. The food is consistently exceptional. Lots of variety as well. The service is swift and efficient.
Will definitely be back.

Had a delicious lunch here the other day. Service was efficient. The tuck shop layout and atmosphere is really nice. The food was really delicious and a reasonable price! Good range of gluten free and veg options as well. Definitely will be back:)

I have tried only two dishes in this place, but I find them good enough to give a 5 star.
The size is definitely on the large side.
The taste is not only great, but also has a touch not that easy to find.
The atmosphere in general is just good; nothing fancy but makes you feel comfy.
Price wise, average compared to others around.

The mixian noodles are great, like the mushroom & tofu one. I always get the veg net spring rolls, so good. Calamari and kimchi spring rolls also good.
Tried the beef pho - not good. And i find the vermicelli salads too sweet with the dressing.
I order regularly for the items i know are good and am pleased with them!

Terrible slow service for takeaway delivery and in card only! Could’ve been a lot better with the customer service with the bellboy waiter as I would have preferred to tick on my piece of paper and pay in cash. The food from last time was better and this is mediocre. I also thought they were too busy in the kitchen. Also asking for fresh chilli is a dollar when it should be free!

Updated 2023 review: having moved away from Melbourne and as below thoroughly enjoying Misschu we were excited to revisit it on a holiday. The restaurant was pretty much empty, only 3 tables filled and the lady who greeted us asked us to sit on one of the high tables at the back. I politely asked if it was possible to sit on one of the lower tables as I had a sore back. She seemed absolutely disgusted even though there were plenty of tables available. She told us well all these tables are booked, you can have this one but have to be gone in 45 minutes. We said that’s fine but she was so nasty it made me really upset. We stayed for 45 minutes as instructed and by the time we left there was only one other table occupied. The food is good but found dumplings a bit soft / sloppy.

2020 review: Best takeaway Uber Eats dinner in Melbourne! Love their dumplings and chicken curry and the food is always delivered fresh and well packaged. We order from here almost weekly!

Such fresh food - I had the crispy salad and it was incredible! So filling without feeling heavy or too full afterwards. Friendly staff. Beautiful location!

Food is good but this place is very dirty, hair on tables, sticky menus, smelly cutlery, for the price you paying there are far better places out there starting with the restaurant next door

I took my viet date to miss chu and expect authentic viet food. My date said nothing there is real viet. The beef they used in pho are not raw? The soup are not cooked by them. They are so White washed. I do not recommend it if youre bringing your viet friends there.

Im also suing miss chu for not taking my hard earn cash whilst i bought no card. Which is very embarrassing when my date had to pay for the meals. Its a class-action lawsuit so you all are welcome to join!

Ordered on Uber eats. Arrived bone cold with no cutlery or napkins. For $70 for 2 people for two pho and some greens you’d expect a little more, really disappointed.

I think it's outrageous and customer-unfriendly to force customers to use a mobile phone to see the menu, order food and pay.a sign near the front door says they don't accept cash! I used to enjoy this place, but they've lost a customer (i.e me!)

I had the turmeric chicken and vegetables. I ordered extra vegetables because you don't always get enough but there was no need. Loads of vegetables.
