Ordered beef pho and veg. Broccoli was old and yellow, beef 2 tiny slices. Save your money, try elsewhere.

Beware the rice paper rolls. If they have been sitting there too long they will be rubbery and dry. No quality control here!

For a place that had really bad reviews I was anxious to go, but honestly the food is fine even considering the busy environment it’s in. Idk about all those bad reviews but my experience was fine.

Only got a salad and rice paper rolls. Never get Pho from a shopping centre we learned that year ago unless you’re actually in Vietnam.
Was fresh and delicious but was disappointing on the lack of fresh herbs used. Would still grab a snack from here again though. Two smiling friendly staff the day we were there

Honestly I used to quite like food here before the pandemic. However, after they switched to used the take away box, the food are so so so little. And recently I ordered the roast chicken with rice noodle. I could barely see meat in it. And now they even increase their price by 3 or 4 dollars!? I will never ever come here. It is so disappointing….

Bad services and terrible food. There was insect in my bowl, I have to throw it away. I told them to give me a refund but they did not accept, then they gave me new one but it is even worse. The staff are not nice at all. Definitely never come back and would not recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Wasn't expecting much from a food court salad but this was yum, heaps better than rolld and I believe cheaper?

My friend went to this place and got violently sick from the food their, then had to spend 2 weeks in hospital from the food poisoning.

The rice paper roll was quite tough because we ordered in the evening and it was probably left over. Taste is a 2/5 but it gave me a stomach ache and bloating so 1/5. Go to Roll’d instead.

I had been there at 15: 28pm, on 7th Jan 2020 and was serving by an Asian girl. She had not given me a drink which I had paid for and she used her finger pointed at my face to stop me from asking her for my drink, then she served the next customer while I still standing in the front of counter. After collecting all customer’s money, she came back to me again. Didn’t say sorry or anything. Then she gave me a lot of 5 cent change. Definitely won’t come back again. Super disappointed why Chadstone had this shop.

The Chinese girl trying to cheat money when accepting money. Key in lesses amount than you pay and make side income. Return and ask her she say that's her way! I don't think that's a mistake and she did it purposely. Hope the Australian do something about this.

Had a previous good experience here, but tonight their eftpos wouldn’t work, they couldn’t print me a receipt and also lost my order. Food was tasty once I finally got it ‍️

Sorry guys. Please improve. The taste is not as delicious as others. I love PHO but this make me dissatisfied.

It was ok. Every other time I'd been, there had been long queues so I have it a miss. But I was here early this time and got my food quite quickly.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Terrible pho. Flavourless and too many noodles not enough soup. Not that I wanted more soup, though I would have (wanted a lot more) had it tasted half decent.

Pork vermicelli had lots of cost cutting - deep fried pork instead of grilled, pouring sauce was diluted with no taste.

I don't know what people are talking about with lacking flavour, but my pork bun was pretty decent. Service was quick and I enjoyed my meal. Would come back again.

Food is a bit plain, somewhat cheap and the staff are not the most friendly when asking questions.definitely better options as well as worse its more of an average place then bad, I can see potential in the place if they increased food flavor, something that could really stand out and become a huge hit they just need to work on it a little bit. I hope they can make some awesome improvements and Definitely will comeback every weekend

Absolutely shameful - charging $3.80 for some measly rice noodles in a rice paper roll.they pretend a whole prawn is in there by slicing it sideways. Much nicer food and better value for money around Chadstone. Avoid avoid avoid!

I was tasting the most disgusting Pho in my life. The serving girl who was so rude and arrogant she should not work in that field.
