MIS Pizza & Panuozzo Bar

Everything we ordered was amazing, the Ragu, the pizzas, the beers was all spot on, I wish I had four hands because I’d give them 4 thumbs up

Busy Friday night on Chapel St but Mis was welcoming with its chilled ambiance and nice interiors. Greeted with a big smile by the bar staffer that made a mean cocktail.
Luca looked after us when we were seated and he truly was a delight. Telling us about the Naples traditions and suggesting the special pizza of the day - a white pizza with pork sausage and a veggie that is grown in his hometown (that I just cannot remember the name of).
Polenta chips were on point with a satisfying crunch and the gorgonzola dipping sauce was something else.
The pizza would have to be one of the best I've had in a long time and definitely one of the best in Melbourne. Light and crispy on the dough and the topping was bursting with flavour without needing to be overcrowding the pizza. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
Thanks for a lovely meal. You saved the night because we just had a bad experience at another restaurant up the road, and it was turned around with a very impressive one at Mis.

Amazing food, fantastic service and great location. Luca and his staff are incredibly welcoming - it's a great atmosphere to enjoy their delicious food. My favourites are the Bush Pizza and the Sunny Panuozzi!

WOW I am completely blown away by this incredible dining experience. Not only was the extensive food selection 11/10 (I'm still drooling as I think about the delicious Princess Margherita pizza), the SERVICE was out of this world. Mel didn't stop smiling the entire night and went above and beyond to ensure we all had a fantastic dining experience. Antonio was also so lovely and accommodating, especially for such a large group of 20+ people. I booked this restaurant on a whim to celebrate my birthday and the whole team made such an effort to make me feel so special - we all can't wait to come back and support you again! My friend and I spoken were spoken to very rudely by a staff member (seemingly the owner) when he asked what was wrong with our cocktails as we hadn’t drunk any. I explained I had this cocktail (lemon merengue) last year and it was delicious but this time was overly sweet and thick and did not have the merengue topping. Staff insisted it was the same cocktail, without the topping, and we should have ordered something different if we didn’t like sweet cocktails. Paid full price for 2 cocktails we weren’t able to drink. Would not return due to staff attitude.

Nice little restaurant on Chapel Street. Drinks and food were great but service was very slow. We waited a really long time for food and was given the wrong order. Our entree also came after our panuozzo.

We had a great time here the other week! The service was impeccable, food delicious and all around a great vibe.

Honestly the best pizza I have ever had. Full stop. And Luca and Mel showed true real hospitality. Wonderful experience, thank you!

March 2022 update. Had the Panuozzo this time, incredibile! So good I ordered takeaway a couple of days later. Don't be fooled by the pictures, it's not a focaccia sandwich but something quite unique in Melbourne's Italian culinary landscape.
Pizza perfetto! Fantastic pizza, quality ingredients, beautiful base, just like in Italy. A great experience from the delivery (complete with tricolore mask) to the last bite. Just what Chapel street needed, some great basic southern Italian syle food. I'll be back!

The only thing better than the outstanding service is the incredible food. The attention to detail is phenomenal.

Mel is the greatest server in the world. Melbourne's best steaks and pizza. Food served quickly, hot and cooked to perfection.

Holy smokes…! This would have to be the BEST PIZZA? I live in Noosa and will only eat Pizza when I’m visiting Melbs, I know a lot about the wrong pizza… how sad and boy our choice was everything I’ve wanted for the right pizza …! Decided to eat here for dinner aas a random choice. It was absolutely amazing. Gnocchi was so soft and tasted as if it was definitely made in house, and the panuozzo was super tasty as well. Keeping this place as "go to" for the future for sure!

Found this absolute gem on UberEats and decided to go in instead of ordering and I do not regret that decision! The staff were so lovely and attentive and the food was absolutely divine! The gnocchi literally melted in my mouth and I cannot recommend it enough.
If you’re ever on Chapel Street and want some good food Mis Pizza & Panuozzo Bar is 100% the place to go!

Visited with friends on a last minute whim on a rainy Sunday. We had the most delightful experience - Antonio and staff were so warm & welcoming to everyone at the door.

The drinks were ice cold and well priced, the food was delicious.

First time having a panuozzo (we got the porchetta) and it was yum - a unique southern Italian regional dish made of a pizza dough sandwich filled with quality ingredients.

Thanks for making us feel so welcome last night, it saved our evening (compared to the pub next door which discriminated against my friend)

First time trying this place. The pizza was fantastic, ingredients was so fresh and thw cheese was a solid 10. Got thw chips with Parm and truffle oil. (insert curse) unreal! I can't wait to sit in! The staff seemed super nice. I think the place is new!

Went here for a late dinner on a Friday and wow, what a find! The pizza was the best I’ve had in ages, absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, very welcoming, friendly and prompt. Looking forward to returning to try some more food and drinks. Highly recommend!
