Mirror mirror is family owned and run and offers a very personal service. Stocking such a fantastic range of mirrors and decor items to suit all styles and budgets. I can never leave this place without buying something because Brad and Simon are always uodating with new great products. My home is a Mirror Mirror showroom! Its stuff you just dont see everywhere.

Absolute amazing place, the staff are so nice and welcoming and the products are the best, however everytime I looked at one there was this really ugly guy that kept staring back at me.

As always, another fabulous experience. As we are in regional Victoria and unable to travel to Melb during lockdown, delivery was the only option, and the mirror arrived all wrapped to perfection, without a mark. Thank you so much, Simon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

* INCORRECT STORE *

I have been left completely disheartened by Mirror Mirror Boutique (The clothing store).
I ordered $179.90 worth of clothes (2 dresses) that unfortunately were/are too big for me. Throughout the process of ordering, tracking and eta of package the communication was instant and lovely. Once I had the dresses I tried them on only for them to be way to big and needed an obvious refund or exchange. The refund was rejected as I asked for refund however I responded that store credit was fine and I would grab smaller sizes. Since then I have had all but NO COMMUNICATION from Mirror Mirror. I have filled in 3 contact us web forms and sent over 3 emails requesting to refund/return the items. This has been over a timeline of 4+ weeks. It is an obvious IGNORE the customer situation given there was plenty of communication during the sizing, eta and complimenting the boutiques model.to be left with being clearly ignored over a return/refund.
I encourage people to get their measurements 110% correct before ordering as this boutique ignores return requests.

I am out of pocket $179.90 with still no helpful response from the team. Out of all of the web forms and emails I have sent asking for return/refund details the ONLY response I got was QUOTE "Hi Sheridan, I just replied to one of your other emails, please let me know if you received it? Kind Regards Penny x".

I do not understand why and how this response is even helpful, all my emails have been requesting a return with my order details and the items I'm wanting to return and that was the ONLY response I have gotten.

I feel robbed of $179.90c

This boutique has left an awful taste in my mouth.

Had a problem with a mirror we purchased some time ago. They bent over backwards to fix the problem, completely replaced the mirror and frame. Very impressed with the service. Thanks.

I purchased a mirror from here. Later on I noticed that a part of the mirror was wonky/misaligned. I was informed by Mirror Mirror this was normal variation. But it appears more to be more of poor workmanship rather than normal variation, as it is well out of alignment with the rest of the mirror. The item I paid full price for looks like a factory second. Mirror Mirror are not willing to remedy the defect or honour their warranty. I will not purchase from her again.

15 years ago my mum bought the most beautiful mirror from this store. For the last 2 months, I’ve been looking for a beautiful mirror and she’s told me so many times that I HAVE to go to the mirror store on Hoddle Street. I didn’t listen to her and shopped around online, in stores locally and even online international retailers! I was completely wasting my time. I went into the store last week, and after having looked WORLDWIDE for the perfect mirror I found it there in a matter of minutes. The service was exceptional. Dealing with the knowledgeable gentlemen at the store was a breeze, and it was delivered by 2 very kind men this afternoon. Don’t shop around or be fooled by the ads you see elsewhere. They have the best mirrors at the best prices. Mirror Mirror, thank you for providing an wonderful experience. I know you went more than out of your way to deliver this to me today. I’m extremely appreciative.

I could really see myself enjoying this place! Jokes aside, they have a great range of mirrors to really suit any style of house in literally any size. And lots of other ornaments and things on offer as well. Also not crazy expensive which was surprising!

Brad and staff are absolutely amazing, very patient as we made a couple visits to the store while deciding on mirrors. Brad helped with the whole process and gave us great advice and good old fashioned customer service throughout. Stoked with the outcome. Highly recommend Brad and Mirror Mirror.

The older man there was so rude to my wife. He raised his voice at her and told her to come back when she made her mind up. We were crushed as we had just come from treatment at the Melbourne Hospital. Should not be dealing with the public.

Great prices, huge range of options and the owners are always so willing to give great advice on how to hang our mirrors and help us out with great price and availability. We always go here for our mirrors.

Awesome! Loved the amazing huge collection of lights, home decor and lots of mirrors to choose from. Quite a treat if you love interior decor. Would love to explore more. Slightly pricy but good.

My wife and I have been meaning to purchase a mirror for quite some time and dropped by Mirror Mirror not that long ago.

We went there with the intent of purchasing a mirror, we were in the store for a solid 10 minutes before anyone came to ask if they could help.

We liked a mirror and asked for a price (Note none of the mirrors are priced) and were given a quote.

We were then asked if we would like to have it delivered and installed (as we had a sedan and the mirror would not fit) and were provided a quote of for delivery and installation on top of the mirror value (which we agreed to be within our budget)

We went home happy with the price we were quoted and said we would confirm once we had discussed the budget. Once we got home we called Mirror Mirror to confirm pricing for delivery and cost of the mirror to which a woman advised “oh we cant confirm the price for delivery and installation”

We were surprised by this statement as not an hour before we were quoted delivery costs and installations; however after much discussion we chose to proceed

As the store was not open on Monday and Tuesday I left a voicemail requesting a callback

I called them on Thursday and was advised by a rude gentleman (when querying whether or not they received my message) mate we’re always very busy here and can’t call back everyone in 1 day

I very politely said if that’s the case I don’t wish to proceed with my purchase (bear in mind this is approx.a month ago)

Today a gentleman from Mirror Mirror called me and said mate “we are waiting for your payment or we’re going to scrap the order. When are you picking it up? ” to which I said I confirmed I was not going to proceed with my purchase, to which he replied “why don’t you want it now? You need to pay before u pick this mirror”

I find these people really need to focus on their customer service, they're blatantly rude, and money minded.

Would definitely not recommend them to anyone
