I had my first facial treatment yesterday with Natasha and I couldn't be more happy. Natasha was thorough with my skin consultation and really listened to my skin concerns. She explained the best products and treatments to use for my skin. The facial was soooo relaxing and I'm looking forward to be back in clinic again to continue my skin journey.

I have been seeing Natasha and her staff for a couple of years and I am honestly blown away with how much I have learnt about skin care and the importance of looking after your skin. My skin has never looked better. My client experience from start to finish is not only conducted with professionalism and knowledge but also client care to ensure I am well looked after during my treatment.

Staff seemed knowledgeable and recommended good products however the staff that gave me a skin consultation was so extremely rude. As a teenager, you are so easily insecure about the way you look and your skin and it is the job of professionals who specialise in this field to make you feel welcomed and help you get on a better path towards healthy skin however we were confronted with a staff member who would just roll her eyes everytime something was mentioned such as not drinking enough water and having tendencies to pick at skin. This is absolutely NOT the way you treat your clients, making them feel horrible and embarrassed of their skin. Staff member also kept talking down on my mother and I and it got to the point we felt as though it was because we were a different ethnicity from the majority of their clients. Would genuinely have considered the treatment provided if the staff member (don’t want to name names) had the basic courtesy to show some respect and kindness and learn some hospitality.

I am sorry to say but as much as I was interested and excited in the beginning to get my acne treated, it got much worse after taking 6 treatments of active acne. I got more breakouts with each treatment followed by scars. I even took one skin needling treatment but damn expensive and she even forgot i have come for skin needling or acne treatment. I am sorry to say but I won’t recommend to someone with acne issues or think before you took any. Please if anyone know any amazing dermatologist in Melbourne, do HELP ME!

Have had an amazing experience at Mirra skin! Have been seeing Natasha over a year now and she has completely transformed my skin, provided me with an effective skin care regime and knowledge, she’s truly a skin goddess!

I was having lots of acne scars for 20 years. Finally I found a right place. I’m pretty impressive with my results. Most of my scars disappeared. I’m specifically tankful for Jenna Di Blasi. It's a Beautiful, welcoming and calming space, I was a little nervous to begin but was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained and clear, it's only my second treatment and getting great results already.thank you Jenna.

So disappointed on spending so much money on treatments that made my skin even worse than it already was! I did repeated seasons with Mirra skin to see results as my skin could just be going thru “purging” but honestly it was more of a worse break out to begin with I was breaking out on areas I would never ever breakout after getting my first acne treatment. As I told one of the therapist Jenna about my concerns she didn’t even bother to hear me out and just kept going on about it’s just a purge as if I don’t know my own skin better then nobody else. On top of that I was concerned about a product that was stinging but skin for more then 10 mimutes and she told me that it shouldn't be stinging as if she knows how my skin feels while applying the product. Overall so disappointed with my experince at mirra skin. I would not recommend especally those woth a deeper skin tone.

Terrible service. No effect whatsoever, followed all instructions to a tee, no results. Complete waste of money and when brought up with staff they couldn’t care less. Would’ve been better throwing my money in the rubbish. Do yourself a favour and DON’T EVEN BOTHER!

Natasha and her team were amazing! I travelled over an hour from the east to try this clinic and was so pleased I did. The initial treatment was so relaxing, I told Natasha of my skin concerns and she thoroughly went through every step of my treatment with me, then organised recurring treatments so I could get the best results. I have since returned with my mum who also had a great experience and well continue coming back, I can definitely say it’s worth the travel and I highly recommend to all my friends and family.the team are very knowledgeable! Great service too

I had an initial consultation and was pleased with the recommendations for LED treatments & skin care routine/products that I purchased.
I had my first LED treatment and was told repeatedly! That the light will be bright, but my eyes will adjust. Once the treatment was over my eyesight was blurry and sensitive and I had to actually pull over driving home because it was difficult to see. I attempted the second LED treatment and told a different lady of the 1st treatment and was told it may have been the machine and I did proceed to have another treatment which was very different to the first! My eyes adjusted very quickly and had no issues, I told them but no compensation was offered and awkward excuses were given. I have had eye issues since this.
I still was willing to go back and prior to Easter went to purchase products needed for the routine. When I went in they had no products available and took my name and number and I was told they would give me a call the following week when shipment came in. I didn't recieve a call. Due to Easter I gave it another week or so and contacted them and I was told products were in and people that had paid were contacted - but when I went in it wasn't offered for me to pay, otherwise I would have done so to secure the products which I use twice a day. I confirmed if they were in and said to them I'll come in the following day and pick them up, which was fine. I went in and got told only 1 product was available. They took my name and number again and said I'd be contacted early May, it is now mid May and I've heard nothing.

I really wanted to like this place, reviews were great and the skin care products do seem to work when used consistently, but after my LED treatment, eye issues and still not being able to purchase the products they have recommended for my skin AND my skin now being the same as it was in the beginning but out of pocket quite alot of money, I can't rate this place well.

I'll be trying to source products elsewhere.
