The moment you step into Mirosuna, you can feel the calm wave roll over you. I've had the pleasure of experiencing a few sound healings, a cacao ceremony, and now I've just completed Sally's workshop to learn how to play the crystal singing bowls. Every experience is well thought out and you feel how much she cares for the outcome you are wanting to achieve.

This was the best sound bath experience my husband and I had so far! The entire process from the start till the end curated by the founder Sally was executed with so much care and detail ensuring our senses were triggered and heightened i.e. Calming scents of essential oils, acoustically treated sound meditation environ, snuggling into our own private space of warm comfy beds and blankets, beautiful sounds of the singing bowls and Sally's meditation guidance that healed us deeply from the core within. Some blockages, such as pain and grief, were released. We felt a great sense of calmness, clarity, joy, bliss and gratitude at the end of the session. Thank you for creating Mirosuna, Sally. Looking forward to our next sound bath at Mirosuna again!

What an incredible experience. I live a busy life with three kids and work full time, I needed a break from the hustle and bustle that's life. The moment I stepped into Mirosuna I felt calm and it only continued with every step I took. What a magical place. This is an absolutely luxurious yoga and meditation experience. The space is wonderfully set up, with a lovely light display welcoming you as you enter. Each attendee is provided a space that contains both a yoga mat along with a mattress - the instructor guides you through a routine that may see you use both. There is tea and water available.

A truly beautiful and relaxing space. I highly recommend Mirasuna and I am looking forward to my next mindful stretch class.
