Dr. Miranda Myles and the team at Freyja Health have been incredible. I feel I am in really good hands here. Miranda has given me a lot of faith to help deal with my thyroid condition. Dr. Julia Dankowski has also helped me to understand the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture and these regular appointments have been crucial to feeling well again. Charlie, Jeff, and the reception team have also been so lovely to deal with and promote a really comfortable and inviting space. I would highly recommend this team, I cannot wait to see my health continue to improve with this team.

I have been a client of Miranda’s for the past 10 years & I honestly don’t know where I would be without her care, knowledge and guidance.

She supported my journey coming off the pill (OCP) in my early 20’s & we worked on my gut + hormone regulation over the years. I have no doubts that it was with this ground work that when I decided to try & conceive last year I fell pregnant my first cycle.

I was really skeptical about natural medicine to start with but not anymore, I had exhausted all avenues trying to deal with anxiety and insomnia so I went to see Miranda (only wish I'd done it sooner).
She explained the importance of mind and body working together, suggested some changes to my diet, gave me herbal medicine and coping techniques to deal with my panic (attacks which I no longer experience).
