Amazing customer service and very helpful and knowledgable staff. I came in to ask about getting a few vintage illustrations scanned, enlarged, and printed, so I could hang them in my room. Kate took care of everything with great attention to detail, was genuinely friendly, and seemed engaged and interested in my idea even though it was such a small job. The pricing was so reasonable - for $12 worth of scanning and printing I now have some new art pieces that look like they could retail for so much more.
