I had the unfortunate experience of not having a choice as they represented my late mother's retirement village. They never sent a estimated cost prior, held up settlement, charged an amount equal to my own
solicitor, who actually did the conveyancing. I still do not know what they did as they ignore my emails, basically I had to pay $2000.00 for what? What a experience when I am grieving my late mother's passing and I have to deal with such rude and arrogant people. I had to pay otherwise the settlement would not happen, so they had me tied up with no options. Please do not use these people.
